Thanks!!!Original:The cleaner was pleasant and arrived early. Unfortunately, after she left and I went about my day, I realized how inadequate of a job she did. It wasn’t terrible. But I noticed my coffee table and other table tops were not wiped down, but the carpet was vacuumed. The microwave was cleaned but the stove wasn’t wiped up. Around the toilet was cleaned but the inside wasn’t. It was just half measure all around. If you need a little something done to get a jump start, then use this service. Otherwise, you are better off doing it yourself or using a different company.

After a few scheduling hiccups; which worked out perfectly and yo our advantage, I was extremely pleased and very satisfied with the service provided. The ladies were prompt, efficient, and thorough. I would recommend Spotless to anyone and would personally use their services again.

Highly recommend Spotless! Ive consistently had a great experience with the whole team, from scheduling and answering my questions to the cleaning itself. The woman who cleans my home (Deborah) always does an impeccable job of making sure each room is clean from top to bottom, and shes efficient with her time. Book with Spotless and you wont regret your decision!

I wish I could give a higher rating, but I can’t. We’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt these past 2 years, but it’s not getting any better. They had another customer with our same last name and cancelled our appointments and our entire service multiple times by mistake. No apologies, just excuses. Our regular cleaner sends last minute texts to cancel and/or reschedule the morning of our scheduled service at least 10 times a year, causing constant disruptions to our work and personal schedules. And the final straw, this week our regular cleaner sent a last minute cancellation text (shocking), the office tells us a back up is assigned for later the same day, they’re a no show, we don’t receive any follow up, and we still got charged for a service we never received.Every time I talk to the office staff, they never apologize or even acknowledge our concerns. It’s always excuses only.There have to be better cleaning providers out there, and unfortunately I’m on a hunt to find one. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning service with attention to detail and great customer service, look elsewhere.

Every week is a wonderful experience. My house is clean. My sheets are changed. Everything smells good. I have friendly people in my house. It’s just a joy every week. They are wonderful women.

Initially They left some spots, but after all they sent us another cleaning person to get it done right immediately. I am thankful for it.

The actual cleaning was good. But that’s the only good thing about themThe frustration leading up to the cleaning as well as interaction after was awful!We had them scheduled for a Tuesday, no one showed! My husband took the morning off to meet the lady and we never heard from them. I called and they laughed it off that “we had your phone number wrong” but didn’t email or try my husbands number.I was in a hurry to get the house clean as we were hosting an event on Sunday and had a busy week of work.They said they could come out on Saturday. I asked them to confirm the price ((thinking they would do something nice since they messed up)) and they ended up quoting us MORE than the original.After the cleaning we got an email saying it’s time to reschedule. We never did. Last week the cleaning lady just showed up! And they charged my credit card.Their organizational skills are awful and beyond frustrating!!!!

The name says it all! The cleaner stayed later and didnt charge me. She went above and beyond to get some spots out.

I use this cleaning service because they consistently do a good job unlike other services. They are pricey compared to others but I appreciate the consistency. Sheila is very prompt and courteous about getting back to me to schedule. Lucero recently came out and did a deep cleaning. She did a very nice job. She was prompt, thorough and efficient. She went above and beyond to make sure that I came home to a clean house.

Deborah from Spotless is the housekeeper who cleans my house every four weeks. She is very professional, punctual and thorough. During the three hours she is at my house, she goes above and beyond her cleaning duties, being able to do more than what is expected from her. Also, Sheila. the business owner, gets out of her way to help her customers with problems they may have. She makes sure that the housekeepers are doing a good job. I am pleased with the cleaning service provided by Spotless.

I have been using Spotless for about a year and I have been very pleased with their service. They do exactly what I want them to do at a reasonable price. They keep me informed of their schedule and call me directly if there is a change. Overall, I am very happy with them.

Spotless always does a great job! I used to employ a cleaning service and would never hear back from them, when they were coming, etc. Spotless is extremely communicative and mindful of customers time. They let me know when they are on the way, and when they are finished. The cleaning is thorough and they are also good with pets!

I had an apartment move out, last minute emergency for my daughter who lives in Charlotte. After calling several cleaning services that couldnt accommodate our last minute request I found Spotless. Sheila was awesome to deal with. 4 ladies showed up exactly when she said they would; they methodically went through the entire apartment (that was in dire need of a cleaning) 4 hours later the place was immaculate. I just wish she had a branch in Wilmington NC where I live, Im a Real Estate Broker; I deal with move outs and move ins all the time, Ive never had the quality level of service as Spotless, LLC

The Spotless team was prompt, courteous and professional. We were in desperate need for a cleaning service because of an upcoming wedding and arriving family members. At a co-workers suggestion, we requested service at the last minute, and Spotless found a way to work us into their tight schedule. They are hard workers! I used them a few times over the past couple of years, when my regular cleaning person was unable to come. She has retired now, and I have hired Spotless full time. I am very pleased with their service.

Would not recommend this business. Expectations were not properly set at all from the very beginning. Was quoted a price then ended up being charged $50 more in the end. Job was not completed in one day, no expectation of a second day was ever mentioned. After the job was completed, owner states that it never should have taken more than one day. Communication was poor throughout. No attempt to rectify the situation for an unhappy customer. Just happy that job is over and done. Will seek other cleaning services for any future needs.
