Every time I visit I receive friendly service from a highly qualified professional who really listens to my concerning areas and treats me accordingly. I see Brenda and she is so sweet and is a master at what she does. I cannot recommend her enough! I recently met with her to talk about my lips and she was patient with all of my questions. I was nervous due to a previous experience I had in another state, but Im so happy I that I gave her a try. She was gentle in her approach, the injections were practically painless and very subtle which is exactly what I was looking for. I am in love with my new pretty pout!

Phoned this med spa and scheduled a phone consultation for laser hair removal.Marcia phoned me for the consultation and I was asked which areas needed to be treated. Told her my jaw line, chin area under my face, side burns and a small area on the right side of my top lip.I provided my email address and asked her to email me a price quote. Price quote totaled $2100!Noticed on the price breakdown that she listed that my front neck would be treated and that I would pay in 4 installments. Responded back to her email and asked her to remove my neck because its not being treated and also told her that I prefer to pay each time that I visit for treatment (total 7 times). In other words I dont pay up front for services that I have not received yet.She then sent me an email response stating that the best that she could do is 6 installment payments. I was ok with that and then sent back a second email message asking her again to remove my neck as a treatment area and to send me an updated price quote which would have removed $860 from the total price.As I type this review it has now been a few weeks and no response back with the updated price quote.The bottom line is that this med spa is out to get your money and charge you for areas of your body that are not being treated, while also trying to get you to pay the entire bill before you receive all 7 treatments.After this experience I decided not to give this med spa my business and decided to go someplace else! Buyer beware!

I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating. I’ve been going to Satin Medspa for years. Recently, I went in to get photo light therapy for what I thought was a rosacea spot. I had recently gone to the dermatologist and he prescribed me medicine for rosacea and perioral dermatitis. Brenda was scheduled to do the IPL treatment. She took one look at it and asked me if I had done a biopsy on it. This alarmed me, because I had just gone to the dermatologist.She immediately called my dermatologist and I went in to see him. It turned out that it was superficial basal cell carcinoma, or skin cancer. I send big praises to Brenda for finding what my dermatologist did not catch. She is a lifesaver! I highly recommend Satin Medspa.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Ive never had such a bad experience as I have with Satin Med Spa. This was my first tattoo removal experience and the owner Jennifer told me it would be about 3-6 sessions to remove my tattoos. This was March 2017!!! Its been almost 4 years and 15 sessions later and they are not even half gone!! I finally decided to get opinions from other experts and they have all said my skin is so hyper and hypo pigmented theres nothing they can do!!!! They all said the heat settings were too high and now my skin is completely damaged. I wish I wouldnt have trusted them with my time and money! Please do not make the same mistake I did!!!!!

I looked at so many reviews before deciding on a place to get laser hair removal done, so I want to be super honest in this for anyone else that is looking at reviews before deciding where to go.My experience starting off treatment wise was honestly not so great (but keep reading!). The woman I booked with for my first session was honestly not very personable and we didn’t click well. I’m not one to ever complain or have issues, but I left crying because I was so upset and felt so tiny.Immediately, Heather calmed me down and was such a gem. She brought in the manager Audrey and I was able to express why I was upset and she was so understanding. Her and Heather both wanted to make sure I had a great experience, so they scheduled my next session with Brooks, and oh my goodness, she is the BEST! 100% hands down, go to Brooks! She is so sweet and so easy to chat with. She also is willing to stop at any point you need a break if it gets too painful (something the initial woman wouldn’t do; she had me wait until she was done with 2 rows) and reassures me that I’m doing great the entire time.I’m honestly just so grateful to have found this place! I came here for laser tattoo removal and was told after my consultation I would need 4-6 treatments to remove a very small tattoo that would take 1 year if spread out correctly. Because of Satin’s constant staff turnover I’ve had 5 appointments already all with brand new employees who each time start me over at the lowest setting and ignore me explaining that we’ve already done this several times with minimal results. Now, it’s 15 months later, 5 treatments in, $1000+ spent and my tattoo is no where near being gone. The tattoo is also my deceased fathers name and one of the employees made several jokes referencing to the name as an “ex boyfriend” despite me telling her it was not. Will not return or recommend. The only reason I’m giving it 2 Stars is because it’s really cute inside.

In the beginning, I got great results there and really enjoyed the staff. I was even able to collaborate on an event with one of the staff members for my blog. For some reason, after, the quality of service I received was not good at all. I was burned by the laser twice in a row, and It left bad scarring. On dark skin, that is already an issue. There was also no compensation once I informed them. I would not return to Satin for laser hair removal.

In the past I have had botox, fillers and facial treatments. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY having laser hair removal!!! I was only supposed to have 7 treatments, and it wasnt working so I was told we will do two more. STILL didnt work. I have MAYBE 20% hair loss. I was told by two different employees at Satin med spa that a 90% hair loss is considered successful. When I asked for my money back I was told that I had, very good results.

Love the staff & service provided. I would definitely recommend them.
