This was my first time at this location and I was greeted professionally by the host and checked in. Once I began the wax session with Crystal she was nice and able to provide my services as quickly as possible. Crystal was also informative about waxing maintenance. Overall a very positive experience and I plan to return. I also felt comfortable as the host was from another location that I frequented. Shes great! I purchased the body wash per Crystals recommendation and it smells lovely cant wait to use it!

I moved from CT to NC recently, i’m a regular customer in CT location. Thought i will go first time to this Nc location, this is 25mins away from my place. 1st time i was 1min late due to traffic and they said appointment cancelled. That is fine and rescheduled it.2nd time they called and cancelled it by scheduling for the next day. 3rd day i came in and they say they are not finding my appointment and they say they were not sure to whom i spoke to.. come on you guys know who was working at that time. I showed the call list also. They tried to schedule it the next day, i’m not mad to travel multiple times so long without any service. So i had to walk out without doing anything. I’m not going to this location anytime. Very Unprofessional.

They just don’t know how to properly do a wax. I have never experienced someone slowly peeling off wax causing ingrown hair bumps. I have never had ingrown hairs until this place. I even went back to give them a second chance. Big mistake. Same issue AND add burning from overly hot wax. Waited a week for a call back from management. Still waiting…

Lamia was amazing. It was my first time getting a bikini wax and she made me feel so comfortable. She was so encouraging and engaging the whole time. She made me feel welcomed and laughed with me throughtout. I was her last customer of the day but she was still so positive and happy to be helping me. I cant wait to go back and see her. I couldnt have asked for a better experience for my first time.

I’ll keep going to Kierra because the young lady who waxed my precious face a few days ago did not know what she was doing! Yes, she was a sweet heart BUT why would you attempt to wax my lip 4 times? If the hair isn’t long enough, say that. I don’t need to leave the center with 3rd degree burns.Oh and I think her tools were dirty! My face broke out later that day (chin and lip wax) and this pretty ole face never breaks out!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was going here for about a year, when my usual esthetician left. I tried someone new at the location, and about 2 hours after getting my wax, I was getting a pedicure and my nail tech and I noticed a bunch of hair remaining on my legs. I called this location back and said my wax was incomplete, could I please come back in and have it cleaned up either that same evening or first thing in the morning as I was heading out of town the next afternoon. The lady on the phone said the person who waxed me had to do the clean up and that person didn’t have any availability. I asked if an exception could be made since I was going out of town and wanted a fresh wax for my vacation. She said no and offered absolutely no other type of resolution. She was perfectly fine with me going out of town with hairy legs after I paid for a complete service. Thanks to her, I am now a faithful member at the Huntersville location (I called them and they more then graciously got me in to fix Arbors mess). Avoid this location at all costs. Poor quality and terrible customer service.

I dont recommend this location at all. The staff are not professional. Their service are awful. I got ungrow hair under skin with inflammation and infection each time I got waxing here in this location. Regarding to their plan that they insist to get it, dont buy these plans. They wont give you any receipt for the money you pay. So you dont have any record for yourself. First, they said we will email your receipt.Ive never got my receipt. I called several times, the associate over the phone told me I just sent your receipt. Check your email. I checked my email several times, I didnt get receipt. Again, I called, the associat told me that next time when you come here, let us know to give you the receipt. I go next time, another lady was there, she said we dont send receipt for the money you paid by email until you finish up the rest of payments. 😳 each time, different people gave me different nonsense answer. And now they said that their management are different. You can talk to the new manager about the issue. Seriously?!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE .that is my suggestion. If I could, I will give them 0 or minus.

The ladies at the front desk, Arika & Qwisse, we extremely knowledgeable about the products and were happy to explain them to me until I found which ones suites my needs. My waxed Lamia was knowledgeable on the service and after care. I made sure to book my next wax before I left.

I will not visit this location ever again. The first time I went the wax was great but when the person did my eyebrows she actually cut me and told me I was fine. I was not fine and took over a week before my eyebrow healed and when I notified them no-one ever followed up with me . I went back today since the wax was fine previously, WRONG not only was the service not fully done but there was clumps of hair left and also I felt a slight irritation and pain and upon further examination there is a long cut in a place I will not say but you can not put a band aid on it and it wasnt there previously. I wish I could give 0 stars. Hopefully someone will get back with me this time .

Everytime I come here its always a positive experience. The women that work here is amazing and I always feel comfortable getting anything done here. The prices are also reasonable and they have taken really good precautions with covid going on. I highly recommend!!

Meisha is by far the best waxer I have ever had. I have been a customer of European Wax center for 12 years and have regularly visited three different facilities: Naples, FL, Huntersville, NC, and this location, Arbors, NC. My experiences with Meisha have been quick, painless (granted, I have been doing this for a while), very, very clean, and her work is PERFECT. 10/10 recommend booking a service with her!

I had been seeing Shannon for a couple months nobody ever got the hair for the butt strip fully. I came to my appointment and my esthetician was running behind so they set me up with Miesha it was the worse wax I ever had. She used so many strips of wax on my Brazilian I left out raw down there and so much leftover wax on my skin. The front desk girls are always bland and lack good profession to me. They only come to life when trying to rob you to get a wax pass. I decided to switch to Huntersville location the esthetician got my butt strip fully clean and I did not leave out with irritation.

I always went to one person and I love her however they will force you buy passes, prices have increased and when they call they are so rude! Never called me to reschedule my March appointment it’s October! Never going to them or any other European Wax! I highly recommend going where you’re appreciated!

Terrible experience. I booked a month in advance and they rescheduled my appointment without telling me. I get all the way here (on my lunch break) and they set the time back. I regret referring my friends here because im never going back. The staff was rude too especially the black girl with blonde hair.

This center has horrible customer service!!!! I do not even know where to begin.My little sister scheduled the appointment 3 days in advance and was told on the phone by one of the employees that her first wax would be free. During the phone call, the employee who booked her appointment did not ask her for any information other than her name. They did not specify that certain services were not included in the first time free wax. When we arrived to European wax center, my sister and I entered together. The specialist went ahead and took my sister back to begin her wax. I stood there and I asked one of the ladies at the front desk if there was any paperwork that needed to be signed being that my sister was a minor. It wasn’t until I ask that they knew that she was a minor. This was the first red flag.After I filled out the paperwork, I was asked to leave the center and to wait outside. After the service was complete, my sister was charged $71 for the service. I did not know that she was charged until we left the center and got home. I feel as if it was very unprofessional for them to take advantage of a minor without speaking to the guardian before excepting payments. If I was present, she would have not paid that price because she was told that the service would be free. In addition to being charged, the service was mediocre and the wax was not completed the proper way. There were still hair left on her legs.Once I got home, I called European wax center and asked to speak to a manager. I was told originally that the manager would not be back in until Tuesday. I was then told by another employee, after having to call back three different times, that the manager wouldn’t be in until Wednesday. I explained to the employees that there was hair still left on her legs . I was told by the first employee that it is not recommended to have a touchup wax done within the same day. I later got a call from another employee saying that her manager told her it would be OK to do the touch up within the same day since my sister was from another state and would not be able to return the next day. I refused the services and told them that I would not put my sister at risk of any complications, especially since I was previously told that it was against the company’s policy.After having to speak to multiple employees and receiving lots of false information from each of them, I asked for a full refund, which I was denied.I was told by another employee that the employee who originally booked her appointment on the phone was new and had only been there for less than two weeks and that she made a mistake. Even after being informed of this, I was still told that there was no way that I could get my money backI am very disappointed in the staff at this location. I Myself have been going to European wax center for years in Philadelphia and have never experienced this type of service. The only thing that I am asking for at this point is a full refund and with that I will take my services elsewhere due to the poor customer service received at this location.

I absolutely loved it here and definitely will stay at this location. It was my first time getting waxed and my wax specialist was very thorough with the process and helped set me up with products. The receptionist, Kennedy, was also very friendly and helped set me up with a student wax pass.

Was not informed needed face mask until arrival for appointment. When arrived to appointment had to wait another 30-45 minutes before being waxed which prolonged my schedule for the day, receptionist was not remorseful for the wait. Was told I was to get a $10 coupon for next visit via email. Which I never received. For my 3rd time coming every time prior it has been an unpleasant experience. The first time I booked upon my arrival I was told the recommended wax specialist I had booked with had left and was given another wax specialist upon my arrival. Had called ahead and it was not mentioned that the specialist would be departing. In addition to booking online states 1st wax is free not being clear of WHAT exactly that consist of. I ended up having to pay for my 1st wax after being mislead online. I’m just so not happy with this location and ever experience I’ve encountered. It’s ALWAYS something. But my Waxer is phenomenal! I love her the customer service is HORRIBLE!

Me and a friend walk in and the lady at the desk instantly jumps up saying how we have to call first which I wouldn’t have minded if they would’ve actually put something on the door but she was rude and her whole demeanor was unprofessional since she pointed her arm to the door, walked over fast and got up fast. Then proceeded to watch us sit outside and call the store instead of just making an appointment there since we was already there. The wax specialist didn’t get all the hair either, there was still a lot of visible hair left. The website also says your first wax Is free but doesn’t explain which one is free so once you are finished with a wax you still ultimately end up paying. Need to be way more clear.

Joi is the one to go to! I was a little skeptical about the reviews, but took a chance. I must say I have been to this location several times and both Joi and the customer service has been GREAT! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND JOI!

Very disappointed with my first visit here. Went for an eyebrow wax and she took way too much off and they werent remotely symmetrical. This was a month ago and I was going to just let it go but then they had the gall to call me today saying they booked me for an unauthorized appointment tomorrow! I never booked a follow up and its pretty scary they just did it on themselves and Im sure they would charge my card on file if I didnt show up or call to cancel. Would not recommend based on unethical business practices.

My appointment was cancelled with no call or text to inform me. I was booked for 6:30PM. They asked that I wait until the only waxer in the building was free at 7:45PM. No other options were given. Front desk receptionist was nonchalant about this. I will never return to this location and will no longer use EWC for my waxes. Stay from away from this location.

I just had my first Brazilian wax (normally I’d shave) & I’m very pleased with my results. If you’re one the has a low tolerance for pain (like myself), not to worry. Prior to my wax I was a nervous wreck and soon realized it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. It’s all mental, you can do this! The best thing you can do is stay calm, take deep breaths, & relax. Shannon assisted me, she was very comforting, informative, & helpful. I’m definitely going to make this a normal routine of mine. I feel like a brand new woman and doubt I’ll shave again.

I was not impressed with this location at all. Ive been going to EWC for over a year now and I received the worst Brazilian. The technician did not seem to know what she was doing. Would not recommend or go back to this location.

I’ve been getting waxes for a few years and decided to take a break. I recently started back in November and I’m soo glad my appointment was with Shaneka! She is the absolute best in town, she takes her time and really gets all the Hairs! I would recommend her and her only for the Brazilian wax!

Receptionist was very rude to me. However, she was quite polite to the caucasion lady on front of me. Her entire demeanor changed when it was time for me to check in. She was upfront with a young African American receptionist and she stopped the young lady from checking me in. Its like she did it intentionally just so she could be rude. In the middle of everything that’s already going on with the protesting, way to go lady 👎🏽👎🏽

Had a great wax session today with Shaneka. I’ve been waxing for yearssss with EWC (at various locations) and this was the most thorough wax I’ve ever had...and it was my first time back since covid 19 shutdowns...so that says a lot. I wish this was my home location but unfortunately I’m only in town a few weeks. Ladies, book with her. You won’t regret it.

I just moved to the Charlotte area and this is my closest location. I was 9 minutes late and they still would not take me, even with no one waiting to be seen. In my opinion, this is a bad business practice especially when new customers are trying to learn the area. The woman at the front desk was also rude and unsympathetic when I was trying to fit in the appointment. I would prefer to drive to a farther location with better customer service.

This place is horrible I told the lady I wanted the shape of my eyebrows and she didn’t listen at all they are uneven one is thicker than the other and after three days the place she waxed my eyebrows are starting to brake out in the middle and my lip.

I have been shaving for many years but have been too afraid to try a brazillian. I also have thick, coarse hair. This was my first time and I am very satisfied. Sandi was excellent, professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. It wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. Sandi had a great technique that made it bearable. Overall great experience, I will definitely be back often.

I absolutely love the employees at European Wax Center in E Arbors! They make me feel so welcomed each time I go every 4 weeks. Anna is amazing and very skillful. I never have to worry when my appearance is in her hands. I never thought I would trust someone with hot wax near me, but I trust Anna and her advice so much. I look forward to visiting with the ladies and seeing Anna on my routine visits.

Recently found out that your first wax is supposed to be free but they charged me $30 and pressured me in front of everybody in the lobby to tip, which I planned on doing anyway. The wax missed MANY SPOTS. I got a free touchup and the second lady was rude and she left the wax on the table so when I rolled off of the table, the wax got all over my thighs and hands. She didn’t even as much as apologize. I spent the next few days gently ripping wax off of my body. Please avoid. The manager was nice but that’s not enough.

Went for a brazilian and left with a bruise on each side of my upper thigh! Plus this particular spot wasnt very clean.. wont be returning to this location.

I went in for a Brazilian wax 2 days ago. The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal. Their customer service was exceptional and they were so friendly! My esthetician Shaneka however, was not very nice. She had no bedside manner. She was very stand-offish, hardly said 2 words to me. If this was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, I would’ve felt very uncomfortable. I will say, she’s very skilled at what she does. She’s quick and thorough. The customer service just wasn’t there for me.

My experience has always been great here since the first time I have went. The front desk staff is always nice and friendly. Seeta is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to taking care of your skin and she does a fantastic job with my waxing I am always pleased with my results.

I came to this location for the first time and although I was nervous at first I can say that I left there a happy customer. Seeta did my wax for me and she did a great job! I will definitely be back to see her in a few weeks.

My first time to experience EWC, and Shaneka was my esthetician. She was very quick. I gotten two wax services together, which she finished within 30 mins. I was amazed. She was also very professional and friendly.

Prior to my issue I am having now with them I enjoyed going every 4 weeks but now I have been waiting on a refund since March 16 because my card was charged incorrectly TWICE. Soon as they called and said there was an error I drove back to the center to have my card charged again for them to tell me it would take 5-7 business days. I understood that. I was fine with it because I didn’t want a block on my account cause I knew I was going to continue doing business here. 3 weeks went by still no refund I called and they said they can apply it to my next service I said that’s fine because I was scheduled to come in another week anyways. Personal issues came up I just asked for a refund and ask if I come up there could I swipe my card to get the refund back on my card. The at the front desk said no ETA on how long it would take because it has to go to corporate so I couldn’t come swipe my card to get the refund. I called 2 weeks after that and asked for the manager they said she wasn’t in and gave me her email and I emailed her personally May 15th no response no phone call no money back on my card but they sure called for theirs and they could have charged it to my account even though I am not the one who made the mistake or had computer issues.

BROOKE literally made my day, I understand waxing is not an easy job and she still was EFFICIENT while we talked. She even showed me some products that would keep my skin glowing between waxes. I would DEFINITELY recommend her to everyone I know!!!!! THUMBS UP!!!!EXCELLENT!!!

Unprofessional!!!!! I scheduled a late appointment which I appreciated that they accepted me on such late notice. However once I got there I was told it would be a slight wait due to the technician running behind! That wait turned from slight to over 35 minutes with no acknowledgement in between time! I was forced to sit and listen to the receptionist discuss all of her personal issues with another client as I waited! Not to mention watch another technician talk about she wasnt waiting around for her next customer because she was ready to go! Needless to say I walked out once it was clear I would be waiting even longer! This was my first attempt to try this company and after the experience I had I can surely say it was my LAST!

I went last week and had Sandi, she was great! Made the experience go better than I expected and did a great job with both of my waxes.

I usually go to the South Park location but since I moved to the university area I decided to give this one a try. IM NOT A BIG FAN OF THIS LOCATION!I just feel like the customer service is lacking in comparison to the one in South Park. I have had two waxs here and both of them hurt wayyyyyyyyy more than they should and the last lady left hair in random places for my Brazilian. I have also had two cancellation and was notified the day of my appointment. Both times the individual was going home sick. However, I could never understand why they couldnt just give me another person. I havent been back since the last cancellation because when a person goes home sick, I think a strategy should be put in place. Yes, life happens but she is part of a team!

I have gone to three EWCs in various states and each one delivers the same great service! I go to Shannon at arbors everytime and have never walked away less than satisfied. Shes worth the trip across town!

This place used to be awesome! I was a loyal EWC customer since this facility opened, but lately its been taken over by poor/shady management. I decided to leave for another wax studio and upon returning one day to purchase a product from them, I learned that they removed/stole my rewards money ($25.00) that I had accumulated from referring multiple people to this establishment. Glad Im not going there anymore.

Brooke was so amazing. Ive gotten my Eyebrows done at multiple locations before I met Brooke and she by far my favorite. Brooke is a fantastic waxer. I would DEFINITELY recommend people to her .

I have had far too many bad customer service experiences with this location to ever return. I once had an appointment scheduled with them at 2pm on but was not actually serviced until 230pm. Also, called to rescheduled an appointment and was told that it was rescheduled only to get an appointment confirmation call hours later for the wrong time. When I called back to get everything taken care of I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and greeted with a rude attitude and very unhelpful staff member. I have been a loyal EWC customer for years but I will not be spending my money here anymore.

Janeka or whatever her name is was having a rough day and was running behind schedule rushing to do my Brazilian wax and charged me an extra stomach strip that should have been included or at least told me it was extra. The man at the reception desk was rude when I told him I was unaware of the extra charge. There was really bad energy and I felt like an inconvenience when I shouldnt have. I will never come back to this EWC.

I DO NOT recommend this place!! I decided to go and get my eyebrows waxed due to the location near my workplace. I had an individual by the name of Seeta. I noticed after she waxed my eyebrows that she said, it will look like I took more hair off your right eyebrow, but I didnt. Just know that eyebrows do not grow exactly the same. When I saw my eyebrows, I was highly upset. She literally took more hair off my right eyebrow!! I am an individual with naturally thick eyebrows and have NEVER had issues with them not growing in. It is now weeks later and I am waiting for my right one to grow back in as it was prior to this nightmare visit. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Went for my first wax and noticed there was hair still left on my legs. I asked the person waxing if this was normal to not have all the hair be waxed. She replied that some of the hair doesn’t always attach to the wax. Okay?? So I went home to find PATCHES of hair on my legs. 😕 by that time it was too late because I was leaving for my honeymoon. I decided to contact them after my honeymoon as my hair was growing back while on my trip, only for them to tell me “[I] was outside of the window that they would do any touch ups.” I was told at my appointment the hair wouldn’t grow back for at least a month sometimes longer. Nope, that’s a lie. Too expensive of a service to have hair still on the places that we are “waxed”. Disappointed to say the least.

Worst experience ever and my first time getting waxed somewhere else was way better than my second time getting waxed here. The lady (Brooke) did not communicate with me at all as to when she was going to rip the strip off. Did everything way to quick and now I have this annoying burning sensation.

This was my first time going to EWC at Arbors and let’s just say my first experience was the bomb, I highly recommend this place and highly recommend Brittany, she made me feel comfortable and talked to me the whole entire time it’s like I was talking to my sister lol, she’s quick and very professional.

I am so upset at my service...there was a significant amount of wax left on me that was very painful to remove when I got home and on top of that there were two large patches of long hair still left on me from my Brazilian wax. Like did you not see that? Horrible experience I will not be returning.

I give 5 stars to my waxer not the location. Chaneeka is the best waxer at this location. She is very friendly & welcoming and makes you feel comfortable to first time guest. She is the kind of waxer that truly wants you to have the best experience and goes out of her way to recommend products that work best for your skin. If your a first time guest definitely Neeka is the best. I always get the best wax from my girl Neeka she is awesome. Exceptional service especially since Brazilians are very personal she makes you forget your getting waxed & I refuse to go to anyone else shes a keeper and very professional.

I used to enjoy going to this location but the front desk staff have seriously gone down hill. They talk excessively loud so that it echos or even if you are across from them they just talk loudly. Ive tried changing my wax person and that hasnt been possible. I just got off the phone where I was told I was a no show even though I left a message yesterday at 7:09pm after I left the Rivergate location (way better experience there!) The lady on the phone said it must have been during a shift change. Really... you close at 8:30 and I called at 7:09pm.

Ive always heard a lot about waxing so I finally decided to give it a try. I was having a rough day but the associates were very polite. Dionndria in particular was very nice and was my waxer. She made my first time quick and smooth, despite my antics lol. Thanks again!

Ive been to this location just a couple times. Ive also been to the Huntersville location multiple times. This is the first time Ive heard of a 9 minute late policy. NINE MINUTES!! So once Ive adjusted my schedule around this appointment, and traffic causes me to pull up at 3:54 for my 3:45 appt, the extra thirty seconds it takes to walk from one side of the building to the other, (because you only allow entrance from one door), is enough for my appt to be cancelled. Your late policy is nine minutes and I cant be serviced because the next customer has ALREADY been taken back. So basically it was assumed I wasnt coming, & instead of actually allowing the grace period to expire, you proceeded to the next client, assuming that I could wait. I work by appt as well, so trust I understand the importance of timeliness. I also understand the importance of actually abiding by your policy, though it was clear it hadnt been done here. Then when asked about the fact that Im standing here at 10 minutes after my scheduled appt & CLEARLY no one was sitting in this lobby when I walked in so even the nine minute policy wasnt followed, I was brushed off & told, Thats just our policy... I dont know what to tell you. One thing I hate more than bad customer service, are the people put in a position to give it. On the search for a new place.Thanks

I’ve been to quite a few different wax centers before but recently moved to a different side of town and found this location as super convenient to home and work for me and on your first visit to EWC you can get a Brazilian for half price ($25 as opposed to usual $50).. it’s always awkward getting to know a new estitician for such an intimate area but I lucked out getting Laura on my first visit! She is so friendly, easy going, approachable and very professional! I never felt so comfortable on a first visit with someone new before! I’ve been going to her for about 4 months now and I always refer anyone interested in trying waxing to EWC because of the quality of the wax and cleanliness of the salon but especially to Laura if you’re nervous about the pain or showing your lady bits to a stranger! She’s awesome and if she ever switches salons I’m most likely following her wherever she goes!

I have been getting waxed over 2 years now and never experienced what I did today. I asked the estheticionist how long have she been waxing and she said 7 months. Ive shouldve stopped her right then. But as she was putting on the wax she was moving too fast for one and no warning of when she is going to pull she just rips away. then in between pulling she pauses 2 to 3 times before the whole strip of wax is off. I was just trying this place to expand my options for getting waxed. She did 2 strips and I canceled service cause I didnt like her method AT ALL! Im used to the estheticionist letting me know when she is about to pull and taking her time. My vagina is not a piece of plastic.

Woow, DONT GO. I went into to get my eyebrows cleaned up and the girl seemed like she knew what she was doing and then messed them up! She made them pencil thin. I told her I was not at all happy and she tried to tell me all she did was take off a little. Really? Please whatever you do stay away. My girlfriend told me to go to The Brow place at Southpark they are brow experts. I was a walk in, first and last time.

Absolutely Amazing!!! My first time ever getting a brazilian wax after hearing a lot of talk about it. I decided to give it a try and my experience was awesome. I love the staff there they treat you like royalty. The receptionist Nakeia was very informative about the entire wax process and she also sold me on some of the skin care products after a few demos. Then Nakeia refer me to wax specialist Dionndria and she was amazing from start to finish. The lady knows her stuff. So, if its your first time I would definitely refer these two ladies. They deserve 10 stars!!!

I had my first Brazilian four weeks ago with Seeta she was Awesome Seeta explained everything shes very professional and very knowledgeable about the product for at home care. Since it was my first time I was very pleased with the results and Ill be returning every four weeks booking my appointment with Seeta. If your looking for someone whos Awesome at her job Seeta is Wonderful.

I got my 1st Brazilian wax today and was referred by a friend to try this place out... researched it and it seemed to have had great reviews. I went in and with this being my 1st time, definitely wasnt given the privacy to remove my under garments or even a towel to cover up. The experience was painful and I was thinking it was going to be well worth it but when I looked at the area it was a patch of hair on my Brazilian line area and long hairs throughout my pubic area. Im a razor user and was informed a wax would be smoother and last longer than shaving. I told Laura and shes like she can pull them out with a twizzer... but this is after me looking at the area and being unpleased. She was working the area she clearly saw it. Then its all this wax left on my pelvic area and powder and I had to ask for wipes that at 1st she didnt have. Ive researched several places and this place is pretty pricey so you would think theyll at least clean the wax and powder from appropiate areas. After I go to pay I know the ladies at the desk saw my face and how unpleased I looked, they asked if I wanted to come back in a few days. Mind you the wax was for my beach trip next week... and then I was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment in 4 weeks and tip any gratitude. What you think?! This was the worst experience and Ill never go back! Why would I go through all the pain of a wax to have more hair than if I was to shave. Not sure about the other ladies but avoid Laura shes nice but her work isnt.

I loveee Dionndra!! Im a vet now and it doesnt get any easier. BUt Dionndra can do a Bikini/Brazilian in under 10 minutes. She is just that good now! She is clean and definitely gets in all the nooks and crannies.. lol

I was so unsatisfied with thier service for my first brizallian wax. Hair was still everywhere and wax included. I will not be going back here.

Was a little inexperienced whoever the lady was. She over waxed the other eyebrow and now the gap between the two eyebrows look weird. Will have to go to the one in Rivergate instead.

Love the experience and the people! Worth every penny!
