I have spent a year and a 1/2 and way over a thousand dollars to get a 1.5”x1.5” tattoo on my ankle removed and it is still not gone. Every time they promise this should be the last time but it’s not. I was told it would take 4 sessions, 5 at most. I just had my 7th session (each $250) and I’m going somewhere else to finish my removal. $250 for 30 seconds each time is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I bought 3 laser hair removal sessions at a price that doesn’t even compare to other places. The price I paid for 3 sessions for FULL legs is actually cheaper than ONE session at most places. Crazy. I have very light skin and dark, coarse hair. I’ve noticed significant reduction after two sessions. Dark hair follicles have already lightened/disappeared as well. Sessions must be spaced out due to hair growth cycle, but be patient because it works! Brittany is great. She is really cool and fun to talk to. Scheduling is always very flexible and easy. I will be doing all of my laser hair removal here from now on!

Waste of Money, unprofessional and the laser doesn’t even work well enough to vanish anything! I wouldn’t recommend mick he hits certain people with blanks for the first session to get you to come back after $500(wouldn’t be surprised if he lied and just remove your hair) and tell u to come back in 6weeks such a poor quality LASER and business (vanish Ink of Charlotte)

He knows what hes doing and has the best laser in town. Just make sure you put on Numb520 cream 1.5 hours before your session and wrap your arm in seran wrap! Makes it much less painful

I am in the process of having two tattoos removed here. I can clearly see a difference after my first few sessions and should complete the removal in about two more visits. Nick is very professional and gentle during the procedure; carefully making sure that I am okay. (The first session is a bit painful so its great to have a caring provider).I would never go anywhere else. It is affordable for me since I can pay with each visit.The girl working the desk is always a sweetheart and treats me like family despite the fact that they only see me every 6 to 8 weeks! If you need a tattoo removed this is the place to go. A classy, 5 star operation here. Love them!

I have a tattoo on top of each of my feet. Was told it would take roughly 8-10 treatments. I’ve had 7 at a cost of $1400 to date and the tattoos are still 50 percent there. Looking into other medical offices in Charlotte with more state of the art lasers.

Mick, has been amazing. He provided a strategy for my tattoo removal and explained that it would take multiple visits. Based on that he provided a fair price for each visit. During my visits I had several questions which were promptly answered and done so with professionalism and a friendly tone. I am doing a cover-up tattoo and went to several different tattoo artists in the area. These guys are some of the best in the nation. I would recommend this place for laser hair removal. I have been seeing positive results – I have light skin and dark brown hair.Also, the staff I have interacted with has been very friendly. Charity is the technician I’ve been working with and she has been really great – she’s friendly and efficient!

Very unprofessional these people are fraudulent and robbed me of my money. Made false promises on guaranteed sessions and my tattoo is still visible.

I love the service here. I had the laser hair removal here and the service was quick and easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I’m really happy with the results after just the 1st treatment.

I had a great experience when I went for laser hair removal. After paying for 6 sessions the hair is still growing back. I called to get a touch up (which I was told after my 6 sessions I would be able to get free of charge - which is really nice.) When I called to make the appointment everything was good to go. Then I got a call back saying the manager wants me to pay another $100 for a touch up (Ive already spent a lot of money there). Why would I pay more money when it clearly didnt work. This is not good customer service. I will not be returning.

I scheduled 4 appointments to have old tattoos removed from both shoulders. A very professional and courteous staff. Although a painful, uncomfortable process, it was quick and effective. They explained the process and walked me through aftercare. I would recommend the service and company. Thanks.

You must have an experienced laser operator who knows the systematic process of getting tattoos as well as removing them. This laser vanished my unwanted black inks with like 10 treatments maybe. The laser is not a miracle worker soo, but definatley does work to help you get your desired results slowly vanishing away ink. I whole heartedly trust and recommend Mick for his work and business practices. Thank you Mick.

Vanishing Ink tattoo removal isnt effective. If your not Caucasian Dr. Biddy isnt concerned about the well being of his patients but rather taking there money and booking future appointments. Ive went to this facility numerous (5) times to receive laser tattoo removal treatment and my tattoo merely VANISHED. My counterparts even said the tattoo had gotten darker. Lately, Ive gone to another facility that offers the same services and Ive immediately seen change to my tattoo.

They do decent work. I am working in my face tattoo being removed and it is slowly but surly removing. In more sessions than I had hoped initially, though.

Awesome staff fast service, great results

I was upset that the owner/technician did not honor his advertised discount featured on Creative Loafing. which was 10% for military and law enforcement.Also, I should have remembered what frequencies he used on my tattoo which is blue lettering approx 20 font. After four weeks, I noticed the first frequency just made my tattoo a little darker. The second frequency, which his used on one letter, looks like it slightly dissolved the shape of the letter, but did not fade. Its hard to tell if 4 - 5 more treatments using the second frequency could work, but that means Ill drop over $700. I wish there was an obvious fading of the tatt from the first treatment:(

I was hesitant to pay on cash but was told that if I did Id receive a refund if anything happens. also if you pay i n advance you get the fifth session free. I went four sessions (payed for 8) and the tattoo is still very much there. they are also dodging me over my refund cause I moved away. it is all around bad business.
