The employees were friendly, but the facility does not use contact paper on their tables which feels unsanitary (especially during COVID). Manager is also rude and unprofessional. Have found better quality options in the charlotte area.

I couldn’t stand waxing but sugaring is my new fav!! It’s actually the best “self care” errand I have because it’s fast, easy (ish) and lasts so long. I have a membership and can’t imagine going back to shaving! I would say who my amazing sugar-er is but… she’s too good to share! Highly recommend.Note- as another reviewer said there’s no contact paper / modesty cover. You get used to it & it’s better than sticking to paper when the sugar gets on you.

Not to mention I had a question about the membership and the sweet lady at the front desk wasnt sure but definitely took the time to get me an answer right away and right there I knew I had walked into a great place of business. Still nervous as Ms. Stephanie called my name but when I tell you she made the experience worth while, I LOVED IT!! She was amazing. Explained everything from top to bottom, the whole process and we even talked the whole time. She definitely made my day and kept my comfort level at ease. Id recommend her and LA Bikini to anyone... My first time being here was by far a great experience! Kelli, at the front desk was awesome. She talked to me the entire time while I waited for my appointment and she was super friendly. Yay did my sugar wax today. She was on time I was not waiting for a long time and a big plus was it wasn’t crowded with a lot of people waiting for their appointment. There was actually nobody else waiting. This was my first ever wax experience and I was super nervous. Tay did an amazing job and was extremely patient with m( well I think she was lol) it was a great first experience and I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you both for such great customer service and thank you tay for making me feel comfortable from the time I got there to the time I left throughout the entire wax!
