We had a team from Booster head to Charlotte for a very special training meeting. We wanted to find something near uptown with great views, snacks and coffee, and of course an aesthetic yet functional space. We were blown away by the care and cleanliness of the Industrious offices in Uptown Charlotte. Everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great space to work from. In the future we will book with them again!

The Community Manager, David, at Industrious Uptown Charlotte went above and beyond to help me when I was in a pinch; Id organized another space that cancelled on me, and David stayed late and was incredibly kind, helpful, generous, in making sure we were taken care of. The space was beautiful and exactly perfect for what we needed. I cant say enough good things about the space and Davids willingness to take care of a customer.

In addition to having a daily check in (COVID -19 temperature check and simple questionnaire) they have daily snacks for tenants and so much more. In both locations Uptown & NODA its clear just how much being a tenet means to Industrious. Not just another business or sales goal that needs to be fulfilled. Industrious Charlotte is a welcoming, professional work space with a great vibe. We held our annual planning meeting here and the whole team loved the space and was impressed with the amenities and incredible views. They had everything we needed in our comfortable conference room for a productive two day meeting. We would certainly come back and recommend to anyone looking for a great meeting space.

We rented out meeting space at Industrious for ~2 days worth of professional development meetings. I targeted Industrious specifically because I had stopped by and been impressed with their aesthetic and level of professionalism. The team that manages the Uptown office is phenomenal, they were also very responsive and supportive preceding the event and also during the event. They welcomed us in as if we were regulars there and provided us access to everything a typical member would have. We felt right at home and felt comfortable, productive, and were well-fed (they have breakfast and snacks!). In many ways the amenities of Industrious mirror what we offer in our office, so sometimes it felt like we were at home in our own space. We will definitely be back!

This is place is awesome! The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive-- not to mention just really cool people. The space is gorgeous and very well kept. I was in from out of town doing some work with my company that rents space here and I was blown away. The food and beverages supplied are awesome.The internet speeds are great. The location is fantastic-- right in the heart of a really active and fun part of Charlotte. I can not recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a workspace solution.

Our office is located in South Charlotte, but we had clients coming in for a conference in Uptown. We wanted to meet with them in a location that was convenient for them. I started looking for a space on Monday and the meeting was for that Thursday. I knew my turnaround was tight, but I was looking for a space that was quiet, professional, and had a bit of a wow factor. I stumbled upon Industrious, and reached out to their Community Manager David Poland, to see if they had any availability. He was quick to respond and happy to accommodate us. He was extremely communicative and gave me all the information I needed to prepare my team and our clients.Upon arrival, the space was beautiful -- on the 27th floor with great views of the city. David greeted us and let us know that there was food and beverages available. He took me to our room and helped me get all our tech situated. We ended up having a super productive meeting and our clients kept commenting about how great the space was.I will definitely use Industrious again over any co-working space in Charlotte. Was looking for a small meeting room for a team meeting, and found a gem! The location was ideal as I was able to put out-of-towners at a hotel within walking distance, as well as enjoy lots of great meals!The process for reserving space and arrival were smooth. I love Industrious Charlotte! My company recently held 2 events here (on the 25th floor and in their main space), and both went so well, in large part due to the hard work and coordination of the Industrious staff. They arranged refreshments for both events, crafted email instructions for parking (partially validated), building access, etc. for our attendees, as well as helped us coordinate with the building for easy sign-in for all of our participants. The space itself is bright, modern yet comfortable, and arranged to maximize their biggest asset--the views!!! The offices are a good size with desks and chairs that make it easy to customize and make it your own. So. Many. Amenities. Happy hours, breakfasts, huddle rooms, kitchen areas, conference rooms, phone rooms, comfort rooms--they have thought of it all! The staff is really warm and welcoming, and do their best to respond to requests quickly and completely. If youre looking for the accessibility in uptown and the comforts of home, Industrious is your spot!!!

I never worked out of a co-working space before - I tried it out with one of my friends last week. I ended up coming back today and getting a membership. Its a great place to work, nice change up from working in a office. Everyone is extremely nice and respectful. Internet is fast, tons of food, nice to be around other professionals.

Absolutely love this office space. My PR firm chose this space when we decided to open a new location in Charlotte. The staff has been wonderful, friendly and super helpful through this entire process. We looked at 6 or 7 other office spaces in and around Uptown and this one is by far the best!
