The building was clean and I felt confident and comfortable when my clients arrived. When I had a concern I emailed or sent a text to the property manager and she always responded within a few hours or no later than same day. My clients are all virtual now, however, when I am ready to return to an office space, I will call Souder Properties for any vacancies that may be available!

Erika was great! She made the process very easy and was very quick to resolve and answer any questions I had. Not only was she responsive, but she was very attentive and professional. Overall, she made this process exciting and smooth for me!

Very good locations, prices are much lower than all other rentals that I had researched. Office buildings are clean and if you ever run into any issues they handle the requests very promptly! They worked with my company very well when we were impacted financially by Covid 19 and sent the tenants several resources to assist us financially.

This is a great property to lease, very helpful and responsive and they will work with you.

Don’t waste your time with this company. If you have a felony on your record don’t waste your time on paying their application fee because this company doesn’t believe in second chances. Plus they don’t provide equipment for their salon suites only the water supply .Don’t walk but run!!! From this company.

Business is business but this guy seemed rude and dismissive. His vibe alone didnt deter me from proceeding, I figured he wasnt exactly a people person but I then had a phone call with his assistant and in the middle of the call she hung up on me? Granted we werent arguing or disagreeing...all they seemed to care about was when I would sign their lease to an office with vaulted ceilings and no a/c? (its currently 100 degrees) I dont think I was out of line by wanting that fixed before I sign. Shouldnt you be fixing it anyway? May have saved myself a headache on this one although I am quite disappointed with the entire experience.
