Erika Souder is quick to respond to any questions I have - often within minutes. Also, the maintenance and finance support staff are friendly and responsive as well. Souder Properties has made major improvements in the last couple of years, including adding professional signs throughout the facility, tiling the front entry way and adding office space. This building is conveniently located and serve a wide range of businesses - several private practices, law services, cosmetology, non-profits, etc. I highly recommend leasing from Souder.

They seem to have property management figured out very well. I had the pleasure of renting a space for the Last 10 years for my salon business. I was afraid to open up a business of my own and getting a space from these outer Asado properties to Erica Gordon was probably one of the best things I could have done. He consulted with me about the build-up on the inside even had someone call and reassure me that the space will be ready on time. Which is exactly what I needed. There was always an open line of communication over the past 10 years if we had any concerns or problems and the best thing about renting from seller properties theres not a lot of extra fees tacked on that you didnt expect. Are we definitely it could addition to my business and compared to the other spaces that was a time you were very affordable. We all became kind of a family and if people would come and go usually was good to meet he new people that moved in because the good natured style of management they have kind of trickle down to everyone else. I guess what Im saying is theyre great to rent from theres no added cost after they give you your price and theyll help you any way theyi can.
