I’ve personally never had any issues while being employed through Insource.The hiring process was fast and simple and everyone has been easy to get along and work with.The pay being influenced by production is also a plus in my opinion because the more you put in the more you can potentially earn.If you’re looking for a warehouse or distribution job I would recommend.

I have worked here for awhile and it’s a good place to work. They will take care of you. They have a good staff. Through they tend to have to deal with some other companies that try to tie their hands. They are a good way to get your foot in the door if that is your goal.

This is a production based job. If you become a picker focus on your errors you get written up for the certain amount of errors you get if you become a packer you also make production it is a great job great pay nice people.

I came on board with Insource at Lowe’s Distribution Center in Statesville NC in January of 2020. The only negative, there is a lot of turnover, but saw first hand it was due to people not wanting to put in work. As long as someone is willing to work and make a real effort you WILL be rewarded. It is now August 2020 and I have room to grow. I had no warehouse experience and no personal connections at the site. All I had to do was show I will work hard and have a willingness to learn. I applied as a truck unloader and am now a team lead on my own shift and we have been very successful. To many people think they will be handed production pay, and that is the only issue. Apply with the intent to produce for the company and you will be appreciated. Common sense goes a long way. Great experience and learning opportunity.

At insource they act like they kool with you until a situation or problem arise then they show their true colors by being dishonest with money, not having your check the correct amount and holding people money not paying them on payday...bullying people/workers out of their hard earned money..i wont recommend them to NOBODY point blank period!!!!!

There are way better jobs than this. Be Aware with so called Insource.They will makes you wait months even after orientation and walk through.

You will be put to work fast! Come to work on time and show willingness to work, and Insource will take care of you very well. I have been offered help with food when I didnt have lunch, rides when I broke down. There were situations where I lacked equipment such as gloves and water, but Insource leaders purchased and provided them for me even though it was my responsibility! Excellent company with a strong mindset of improving productivity. Insource is definitely headed somewhere great!

I checked the reviews out of curiosity of the company. At first I thought they just had a bad experience but boy was they right. Two months later the company just start clocking and laying people off. They do have favorites. One thing that was always right about the company is they have an EXTREME lack of communication. I hate warehouse jobs in general but I hate the company just as much because they do lay people off and they actually do not keep communication. One time they messed my check but they fixed it the next day. Had I not been lucky enough to contact the office and they answer, I would have had to wait to reach them on a lucky hour. If you have full on bills like owning a house and electric, etc, DO NOT APPLY OR COME HERE!!!!!! You will set yourself up to fail unless you look for a permanent job while working immediately. Their job payments are low anyway $8-9 an hour. If yo apply and they interview do not expect them to call you back in days because most of the time they dont they didnt reject you but they are extremely lazy and take up to two months to answer your application. They did with me. And also do not listen to the bull hockey of oh you work here so and so you will get hired permanently. That is bull! They tell people six months and have them wait for one to two years to get a permanent by extreme persuasion of the supervisors who already work as a permanent. So basically they just use that tactic to keep you there for more money. I rest my case. I got another job and I do not regret it. And it is a permanent job.

I was harrassed on the workplace and my agent decided to take my badge which i use to clock in. My agent then decided to not communicate with me about my situation and I had to get him to tell me any information. He stated i i w suspended on Friday and will get a call Monday. Then once it was monday i got no call back and i had to call my agent who then informed me i was fired friday morning. Dont work for Insource they have poor reviews for a reason. These people have had lawsuit after lawsuit for cutting checks and not doing a proper job as they should. Also they will punish you if you got shot and needed hospitalization. I suggest flipping pancakes at Dennys then work for Insource. They also never answer any calls and also never call back for anything doesnt matter what time of day you call they never have answered the 52 calls i i have made.

Promised performance bonuses for over six months and never given. Promised referel bonuses and never given. Promised retention bonuses and was never given. After six months I still have no sick days, no paid holidays and no vacation.

Wish i would have checked reviews on this place.I went in did my applacation on line and was suppose to be waiting on back ground check which i work at the Airport so i know for sure theres nothing on mine. Got a email from Monica Guerra to contact them i called and called left messages for her she never called back. I just wonder why Corporate doesnt read reviews and do something about their crapy employees are they the same way? They need to go out of business.

This was the worst employer I have ever worked for. I worked at their location at the Stanley Black & Decker Distribution warehouse in Concord, NC. From team leader (Juan), shift supervisor (Monica Morales), and operations manager (David Correa), the entire company is a joke. Incompetent management, not to mention I was wrongfully terminated after I was racially discriminated and attacked by a current employee on camera. Unfair practices used daily by company. People operating forklifts and other heavy machinery without proper certifications. Phony interview and drug test. Illegal aliens also working through the company. No help by management in resolving any issue pretaining to work. Overall, this is general slave labor. Unless you are in with upper management, they will work you like dogs then when you come to your 90 day probation period to get insurance and other benefits, they fire a majority of the employees. Impossible and unrealistic goals for employees. AND EVERY PERSON IN MANAGEMENT IS DISRESPECTFUL. They will talk down on you, low key say things that they wouldn’t say to their superiors, and just rude and nasty people overall. WARNING! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

We were treated horribly by the permanent employees, couldnt use their break room or bathrooms. Had to use dirty truck driver bathrooms. It was continuously hot on our side and the snack vending machines had melted candy due to the heat. We were short staffed a lot and the Insource Supervisor would expect us to work crazy hard for the same pay. Favorites were played. Our lunch are consisted of heat and cob webbed areas with live and dead spiders. DO NOT work here. DO NOT. Ill give it a one star because I cant give it a zero. They treated us like we were trash and beneath the other employees.

I was hired for the Morrisville location and there was a problem every night. From management and co workers smoking and doing drugs in the restrooms. Restroom were the nastiest I ever seen and the lady that was suppose to be cleaning got caught wiping the sink down with the same rag she cleaned the toilet with. Management was told and nothing happened people were and is getting sick around the factory. Soda, water, and snack machines didnt work most of the time and we had to work without anything to drink for 12hrs. My supervisor and his wife works on the same shift and he flirts and hits on every young female in front of his wife. Very unprofessional and dont know how to talk you or respect you. You will never get the hours you were hired for. They dont offer OT to everyone they call their favorites and the ones that work the fastest. And then its never OT when they call you on your day off bc when your shift comes they never have work so you just getting barely your hours. When hired they dont tell you its a temp service. They reuse to give me termination papers and 3 pay check stubs I contacted them about. They tell you that there isnt a way to show you your time like when you clocked in and when you clocked out. All they give you and a pay check stub that shows nothing bout when you clocked in and out. One of the leads got fired for throwing a box at an employee and was rehired because he is the project managers best friend. I mean I could go on and on about this company. And this is coming from an employee who worked and never had to be talked to and my product were always right. Now is employed for being wrongfully fired...Apply at your own risk...

Unethical and dishonest. They discriminate, and commit payroll fraud to meet their goals cutting their employees short.

I was hired by insource in Charlotte, nc. A lady by the name of Sandra hired me when I called. She told me that I was going to be paid $8 an hour but it will go up after I get certified. I go to the job and work there a few days through out the week, and found out I had to get hired to make more. I eventually found out they had to clean the machine for 3 weeks only working there for a week and a half. I called within two weeks and Sandra informed me their was no positions available. I realized after working there they just wanted people to fill in for a little while. When they dont have work for anyone at the lance factory, then they dont call or update you on any other work available. Sandra was the worst person Ive worked for and her professional business skills are horrible. I dont recommend anyone working under or for this temp company. I urge people not to contact nor work for this temp company.

The customer service is very bad, they false advertise positions and choose favorites. They make you go through a interview, orientation and even walkthroughs for absolutely no reason. They’re a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY to work for them .

My personal opinion. Every job has its quirks. When people stop looking for everything thats wrong with a company and start looking at whats gone right, its actually a very good place to work. I had great experiences with th e right management leaders. Tbe only people I noticed to have problems either had issues relating to feelings of entitlement or simply didnt want to work or follow the rules. Work hard, arrive on time and dont make bs excuses to not be there and youll get plenty of work and be rewarded fairly. Thanks .

Do not, I repeat do not apply for or work for this company. I applied for a job that that insource said was from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. When I got there I worked the first day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. At the end of the day I was informed that the real shift schedule was 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. That ended up being a problem with my scheduling so I called my recruiter to try to get things worked out. I was constantly lied to over and over and over. In the end I ended up being hung up on and I never ever called back. Bottom line is this company lied to me from the beginning to end. do not I repeat do not work for or attempt to apply for this company because they are all liars

The company I worked for brought on insource as temps and they were the worst temp service ever! They have a extremely hi turn over rate and the rate the temps work(slow and just confused) at is ridiculous, not to mention the group leaders they use are a joke(no experience at leading or controlling their temps) as-well!! I felt addeco and even remedy were a better staffing company to work with.....so if your looking to waste your time and money then I would suggest using Insource.

I was hired to work as a forklift operator, when I go in for my first day the supervisor tells me that he doesnt have any forklift jobs available. I was stuck lifting boxes that were over 50 lbs when I was told that you would rarely encounter anything over 20. I only received 5 minutes for lunch and was told not to clock out. This is the worst company Ive ever seen.

They are very unorganized they sent me to a site after my arrival I was told my name was taken off the list.

Horrible customer service all around mike was my recruiter I never heard from he texted me saying just waiting for background check and every time I called I Would get the voicemail piss poor novice work/communication skills being shown.

They do not tell u in orientation that your first to second check goes on a pay card. i signed up for direct deposit when i started and waited on my check to go in the bank and nothing. now its on a pay card and can get it til my shift starts at 2pm. bet they would be pissed if someone messed with their money like that. they have payroll issues and lack of communication with their employees......

It is too hot, not enough air flowing and circulation, not equally reviewed. More work load on some than others,favoritism shown.
