Beware!!!! They had me to put my notice in quit my full-time job and gave me the run-around for a week saying they were looking for somewhere to place me... beware
ProDrivers West off of South Tryon will waste your time. They hired me and said they would put me to work in a couple days. I called Wendy for 3 weeks about starting work and got nothing but excuses. ProDrivers West kept blaming the delay on the client. Wendy at ProDrivers West would not return phone calls and texts and continued telling me to be patient. I turned down 3 job offers to work for ProDrivers. ProDrivers East on Cross Beam Drive is much more professional and well organized.ProDrivers East had me and interview and job assignment in 24 hours.
I was dispatched for an assignment on December 8th 2019 by Patricia Canty. I was told to be there at 5am Tuesday December 10th. I showed up at 5am like I was supposed to. The Assignment was thru Dade Paper out of Whistsett NC. Got to the location and was asking where the supervisor was and I was told the supervisor works out of Whistsett NC. I worked the 10th 11th and the 12th. Emailed my timesheet in on time. Fast forward to the 20th. It’s pay day and i didn’t receive my pay. Called all the right ppl. I was told I receive my pay by the end business today (12/20/19). Never received my pay. Went by the office and Patricia Canty told me she has no proof that I worked and she wasn’t going to pay me. Now she is the one that dispatched me the assignment. But she doesn’t have proof that I worked. So for three days she never called to check if I was there. Now after going back and forth for 15 minutes she says to me I’ll pay you for 24 hours take it or leave it. I worked 31 hours. She said I was lying but she is willing to pay me for 24 hour. ProDriver East in Charlotte Nc are thieves. They are stealing time From ppl and very unprofessional. That goes for Ron and Kim that’s working in the office with Patricia Canty. If you work for ProDrivers East our Charlotte be prepared to be ripped off. 8:43 pm and I’m still with out pay. Know one cares to fix the problem started call them at 8am 12/20/19.
This is in Response to Robbie Puckett. Wendy has not worked at ProDrivers in 2 years so there is no way she would have ever even spoken to you or been able to put you to work.
While I have only been with ProDrivers for about six months, my experience has been great. They found me an assignment close to home promptly and have been very helpful from the start. ProDrivers staff has definitely exceeded my expectations and I am proud to be a part of the team.
I was interested in recruiting CDLA drivers through their network, however they refused to provide any information in regards to the benefits they provide to drivers. Instead they provided a lump sum to cover everything, with no additional visibility as to what that everything includes.
Great staff and great company to work for.
As a driver I am commenting on the post that was recently put up by Jill YOUNGI would like everyone to know that as a driver I have worked with this ladies husband. the part that I dont like is that he was making $17.50hr and working over 45hrs a week. I worked with him at the same location and he has always had a bad attitude and I was their the day the employer had enough of his mouth and attitude. I think the drivers name was Patrick and as a driver I would be very ashamed if I acted like he did, but I guess his wife thanks it always everyone elses fault which is usually the case.Clara at ProDrivers has always cared about Truck Drivers, her husband is a long time driver and she is a truckers wife. I have never felt more at home or welcomed than at ProDrivers. they do believe in what they do, how they act and what it means to be family. I have been a driver for over 25yr and am glad to call ProDrivers home. They worked with me until I found the job I wanted and the hours I could work. with their 401k and health insurance and other benefits, it may not mean a lot to some drivers but it means a lot to me. I want to comment on how Don and Todd are as people and how their character shows everyday about how they care about each driver that works for them. all of the charlotte staff takes a personal interest in each Driver that walks through the door. I would say to any driver that they need to go see for them selves what they do everyday. I know it has got to be hard managing over 80 different attitudes and personalities and they are not going to make everyone happy. As for My Family and Myself;I take great pride in being a ProDriver and I want to say thank you.Sincerely,Amos
If you ride the bus they will not hire you or if you carpool dont waste your time
