I am so saddened to see the reviews that are shared here. I just moved back to Charlotte temporarily and plan to apply to a few jobs here. I never left a proper review, but Adecco, specifically this location and even more specifically, Trish Williams, is responsible for a huge chunk of my professional career. I know her to be an awesome professional, who has a heart to help others. I remember a time when I recommended my mom and she was able to help my mom get back into the work force after 16 years of being a stay at home mom! My mom is now working full time in a great position!It is trying times now for so many and unfortunately not everyone can be helped, considering there are SO many out of work, but it is definitely a blessing to those that have been helped and those that will be helped.I wish this location the best of success, and hopefully Ill be able to get in touch during this busy time and be one of the ones to get an opportunity. Because thats what it is... an opportunity! And if not, I am still forever grateful.

I have read the reviews and as of today oct 1, 2020 have to agree. They took my personal information and then no reply. Trish seemed very interested and I completed the forms only to now not reply to emails or calls. I felt this needed to be shared with EVERYONE. People are out here struggling trying to find work and are not being taken seriously and considered just a quota or number. No need to send a reply to now to sugarcoat the unprofessional ethics. This is just wrong. They do not answer the phone after getting your info. The other Charlotte numbers appear to be no longer working numbers. Research and read other reviews before giving Adecco your info.

After seeing everyone’s reviews I’m glad I didn’t get a call back😂 knowing me I’ll spazz on everyone at this branch. I applied and not one phone call but on the email it says call to set up interview but they don’t answer the phone neither

Applied through indeed recieved a text and answered some questions. I was given a link to schedule a phone interview. 4 scheduled interviews later nothing. I purposely scheduled 2 for the same day. No callback. They flooded my email and text with unessecary reminders for callbacks that never happen. Im over it.

Was helping a friend (without a car) to get a job. Took time out of my day to go to one of their open houses. After waiting while she filled out nearly an hour of excessive and -frankly- intrusive paperwork including arbitration agreements, bank account routing numbers, and other inappropriate exertions of corporatocracy, they told my friend she would be a better fit at another position and that we needed to go to the main office (about 45 minutes away), which we did. Very weird that they want your tax and bank information as well as I-9 verification if they arent going to accept you - frankly its ridiculous.So we head out for the other office. Fast forward an hour and we were told that the staff at the open house had lied to us and that there were no other available positions at this time. Additionally the main office was surprised to see us as they were, apparently, appointment only. Not exactly what I expect from a job placement agency.Ive worked pretty extensively with other placement agencies and have never had an issue or treatment like this. They are not here to help you. Find a placement agency that realizes they work *for you* to sell your skills to companies. If they cant do that, they dont deserve to be in business.

I saw a position on their website that was perfect for my girlfriend. Trish Williams told her she was a strong candidate and would probably make the most they offer which was $19 an hour and she needed to be at Adecco in the morning to interview. She was so excited because thought she had the job. She drove 45 minutes, made to wait for almost an hour, asked a bunch of mind numbing questions about her personal information only to tell her that they gave the job to someone else. And then they proceeded to push another job that offered $9 an hour and little too no hours. What the hell!? Why not be honest?

They were really unhelpful. I called and asked if I could have some help with my job search. They told me to apply on their website and that they couldnt really help me unless I did that first, even though I already had made an account - almost seemed like he was just trying to get me off the phone. I applied to a couple positions and never heard back. Called again and they said they would be in touch with me but still havent heard anything back. Both people that answered the phone seemed rather curt and a little rude.My boyfriend used Adecco in Virginia and they got him a good job in only a couple weeks and when we moved here they helped him to get another job very quickly and efficiently. That wasnt the one in the Charlotte area, so maybe some Adecco locations are better than others. I was hoping the one here could do the same for me but I guess not. I think the fact that they dont even respond to any of these negative reviews saying sorry or that theyll help shows how they are.

If I could I would rate this company 0 stars! Such a horrible experience! Not once but twice giving me the run around. Twice I was supposed to start somewhere and I was called right before telling me something with the client and your not starting today. So horrible! Happy to have a job I love now and would never recommend this agency!!!

I applied with Adecco and they called me for a job with Corning. I live in Lexington and traveled to concord. I got there and did 2 hours worth of testing and paperwork. Then they pull me to the side and so oh we didnt realize but your criminal conviction disqualifies you from working for us! They completely wasted my time and had no remorse! They could have told me this over the phone before making me travel all the way there and doing testing not to mention disappointing me about thinking I had a job!!

Why do people post ads on indeed jobs for nothing? Wasted my time submitted resume someone came on the chat and said i had a lot to offer and she would have a recruiter get in touch with me, well that didnt happen. I called 2 times left messages then went there and the door was locked. Stop wasting peoples time.

Very rude to me at their Cliff Cameron office. I stopped there before going in to work and I was terminated by the client when I arrived due to unprofessional dress because they felt my shirt was too big on me. Adecco never used me again. Arrogant agency!

They call u for a job you got a the job long as you pass drug and background check so if u know your good on that know u will be soon be working if they send u out on an interview

I was assigned to work in a call center.. We were told we would have warnings if our attendance was get a little high.. I never receive one warning, They say it was because if my recent phone number being changed, but my email was still the same and I did not receive an email about my attendance... So because of the attendance issue I was not offered a job I really wanted.. Safe to say they do not keep up with the employees really well and also I went in to work and got blind sided from a floor Manager telling me I was being terminated because of my attendance and that my agency was suppose to contact me about it... Totally embarrassing and a waste of my gas coming to work to be blindsided!!!

They want too much info including some personal medical info??!!They better not be scamming! Nor trafficking! of any kind!Didnt appreciate my borrowed gas being wasted to go down there for a run around on the phone afterwards!If yall bad youre rebuked in Yahushua!

Gave 1 star because of all the information that is required for working at a TEMP agency, its like signing papers to work in the Whitehouse, Never have I spent so much time giving info for a temp job, goodness. I figured I would come here to see the reviews, not surprised at all...
