I have a fairly rare DJ mixer that need multiple repairs. When I spoke to Rob I was certain that he was trustworthy and would be prefect to make the all repair necessary. He was up fount with his timeline and price and communicated very well before, during and after. I checked the operation as soon as it was returned to me and everything is working like new. Worth every penny!!

Rob is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. RFI is the best and only place to take your amp for repair in the Charlotte or surrounding areas. He has repaired my old Marshalls and serviced/biased the new ones. We are lucky to have someone with his knowledge and experience in our area.

I had a noise issue with a modified Marshall which wasnt the run of the mill issue. After getting it back its amazingly quiet. I know this was a tough issue as even the guy who modded it couldnt figure it out but RFI sorted it out. Highly recommended
