I dropped my business phone and cracked my screen and for some reason, my customers couldnt hear me talking even though I could hear them. Price was not displayed ahead of time. It was overpriced at $22 and then we were told they were unable to do a return. Apparently, future purchases are only $10 but we don’t live here so this is not a benefit to us! We were also a not given a receipt! 😕ADDENDUM: We visited this kiosk in the mall to purchase a new battery for a friend’s watch. I understand they are a phone repair service but they also advertise that they sell batteries for watches (as the sign on the kiosk advertises- photo from ER Electronic site). The salesman was nice enough but just can’t understand why a refund was not an option.

I got my iPhone 11 Pro Maxx fixed. The guy did it in 5 minutes. He was very nice gave me a free screen protector on top.Excellent customer service and fixed my phone very quick will recommend everyone here.

Cheap and fast repair, but they sell you an extremely cheap screen. Immediately I started having issues with my screen going crazy without being touched, it calls the police frequently anytime it’s in the heat, and the touch screen on my phone won’t even work at times. It’s cheaper to go here, but I would definitely recommend paying more for a quality screen.

The place was doing steady business, but when it was my turn the staff was very helpful and walked through everything needed. They replaced my battery and screen in one hour (there were several other phones in the queue) and it was great.

I showed up a bit early before they opened, i simply needed to clean out my charging port, so i used some of the tools on the counter of the stand. When the employee got to the stand he was very understanding and helped me check to make sure it was working after i was done. I wish i could give 10 stars.

On October 3, 2020 I was verbally abused by a technician by the name of OMAR. The manager told me that the price was $15.00. After OMAR replaced the battery he told me that it was more than $15.00 so I asked for that money back so that I could give him a $20.00 bill.He got angry and threw my money back on the table. He has a very bad attitude to the point he ask me to meet him outside. The manager said he was going to fire him but,I doubt it.

Went to replace a broken iPhone 7. Would be great if the guy didn’t break the sensor on my phone that turns the screen black when you are on a phone call. He told me it was originally broke and that it wasn’t him who did it. Not true. Now when I talk on the phone my face hits random buttons and messes up phone calls. If you go here, check all of your phone features in front of them before they “fix” it to show them they are working. This way they can’t blame the default on you. Not worth $75 at all.

Told me the sensor by the ear part of my iPhone 7 was broken when I gave it to him, but it wasn’t, he obviously broke it and just showed me to shift the blame. Went to make a phone call and my cheek hung up the call twice which had never happened in the 2.5 years I had this phone.Go get your screen replaced anywhere else.

Great service...the Apple Store 100 yards away said itd cost several hundred dollars to fix my phone and take a day (charging/battery issues). ER did it for $50 and in 20 minutes. AWESOME!!

This person will use the screen with poor color display to do the replacement, the color looks so different. Even worth, he is eating fries during his work, the salt and oil on his hand will mess up the cellphone not only the surface but also internal. I would like to rate it as no star if I can.

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. The lady broke my phone and then told me that I gave her a broken phone to begin with. They are scammers and will damage your property to get more money out of you. The man at the other kiosk is rude and threw my phone on the counter to refuse to put it back together. They will then insist on sending your phone to a “lab” for three days as if anyone would trust your shady business practices.

In SouthPark Mall across from The North Face. I dropped my iPhone face down on the bathroom floor this morning and shattered the screen. Emiliano fixed it in 20 minutes while I watched. He expertly removed about twenty teeny tiny screws and none were left when he put it back together again! Phone works perfectly. Highly recommend!

TLDR: my $107.25 mistake can save you from yours. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!Purchased a 6s plus screen repair on feb 27 along with the additional protective glass layer just to be sure that the screen would be safe and. Y investment sound. In less than 5 business days a small crack appeared on the bottom right of the screen. I was told that they warrantied their work against defects, which this clearly appears to be (previous Apple screen having survived normal wear and tear for years and I’m not a “dropper”). After getting the run around from the kiosk workers I contacted presumably the owner who gave me the typical sheister spiel that ended with an offer to repair at cost for $40......so $147 and change for 5 days plus? I think not. Be the savvy shopper and go to Apple or ubreakifix or literally anywhere else that will stand by their work, product, and warranty. Don’t get scammed!!!

I havent had a good experience in September 2017 i had to replace the battery in my daughters iPhone 6splus had to return April 2018 for a new battery got home phone cut off & didnt turn back on took it back and it did it again went to mobile bling weddington rd(best prices in the area) was told it was a cheap chinese part it was no good. Wasnt given a refund so buyer beware.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BREAK YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They broke my home button after they replace the screen for my iphone 7!!!!!!!!! I wish I can give -5 star!!!!!!!!

Came and got my screen fixed they fixed it pretty fast a few days later my screen has been flickering I purchased a screen protected from them and had a case a week later my screen cracked I go back to tell them about the issue and they won’t fix it he says my screen is flickering because of the crack but my screen was flickering before it I wouldn’t recommend them to any one a waste of money very unprofessional !!! The screen protecter he recommended didn’t protect any thing don’t go here better off going some where else
