Just got back from my 30 minute appointment. Went in for a PS4 HDMI port repair and Mr. Perry was super helpful, explained things to me as he went along, talked about business all the while he was working! He finished the replacement, dusted out my console, removed and reapplied the thermal paste and troubleshot a problem I mentioned to him about it turning on suddenly with no contact to the sensor or any controller. He quickly, confidently and courteously handled everything all for a reasonable price that he quoted over the phone when I made the appointment; no upcharge! Genuine guy, I will absolutely be bringing my business here from now on. Notes: cash only & the building that its in no longer has the banner saying Reapers, but its still in the same place as Grimms Hydrographics.

My son broke his hdmi port on his xboxS so I brought it here. The owner of Reapers fixed it and I Paid the man.When i got home, my son plugged in the out cable hdmi and noticed that the cable hdmi in port was missing! Buyer beware... you are not paying for a new port. He takes out the broken one and replaces it with the one next to it. Now my xbox is missing the port we used to plug in the cable box. Not what i was expecting.

I truly wish it would allow Zero stars as an option. I called Reapers and spoke with them about an issue with my Xbox One (took a few tries to read a disc). The person ensured me it wasnt a major issue, bring it in and itd be $50 and theyd clean it and get it working. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, he instructed me I did. I told him I work Mon-Fri. He says no problem, we can do saturday. I think he said between 9-12 or something, we agreed on 11am 7/3/21 and he ensured me I was on the schedule. Reapers is approx 1hr from me so I woke and get ready to go on my day off. I decided to call on my way to make sure they accepted credit/debit card or if I needed to bring cash. They didnt answer, I assumed they were just busy. I then get a text saying sorry they missed my call, they were out of town on vacation. I replied that I have an appointment at 11am and am on my way. Then it went from on vacation to something came up. I postponed my own holiday plans because of this appointment and getting it taken care of. He proceeded to text as if it wasnt a big deal at all and that I shouldnt be upset if I want him to fix my console like he is the ONLY person that can fix xboxes.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It has been over a month now and I have not received my fixed Xbox which was supposed to take about 2 weeks and we give calls and he answers and says he will call back around the same time the next day with status and he does not call so then we call back a couple days later. and the same process is repeated. I have now heard that some of my friends are receiving invites from me on my Xbox that I do not have which seems a little bit skeptical.

One of a kind!Called Reapers over the phone in reference to a PS4 HDMI port issues. The owner - I believe Will- got me in for an appointment rather quick. Once at the shop the owner started working on the console while explaining the issue to me. He educated me on how to avoid this from happening in the future. Reapers was definitely a haul from where I live but it was definitely worth the trip. I had a bad hd in my ps4 and was in an out in 20 minutes for $90. Yelled at my girlfriend and said DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT. Whenever she asked how long until my controller is done. Also I was told it would take another 2 wks for me to get my controller and its already been 1. Dont go here he doesnt let you know about you stuff, like if he has to order extra stuff to fix it, if its done, a prediction on how long until you get it back. Worst place I wont be coming back ever. Really tuff to yell at a woman and talk to her like she is special needs!

I feel I can trust an electronics repair shop to fix the blue laser in my PS3 when they have a whole box of those lasers in the back. Practice makes perfect. Didnt know those things were the first components to go. Helpfully explained to me about the laws of physics and why blue lasers burn out faster than the red ones for DVDs.Also fixed my PS3.

While its nice to find someone willing to fix your systems when other places turn you away its good customer service that is still required. I took my mentees PS4 to this place back in January and havent received a single phone call or email about its status. Calling and leaving voicemails doesnt seem to do much good. While the execution of the repair may or may not be good, its simply not professional to hold onto someone elses property and not provide them updates. I was doing this repair as a gift for my mentee working hard in school...now it looks like I just gave his system away.Update: After leaving the original 1 ⭐️ review I received contact. He let me know it was a misunderstanding and he had made attempts to contact me though I never received them. He was a great help in getting me sorted out.

I’m not the type of person to usually give reviews for store ands places that I go to but after the fantastic customer service I received at Reapers Electronics there is no way I couldn’t show some way of gratitude. I brought in my broken ps4 pro with a screwed up hdmi port and came out with practically a whole new console. Before I found reapers I was calling all over the place and everyone would tell me the repair would be 140 dollars and that it would take two weeks if not more. When I went into reapers not only was it 50 dollars less than the prices other stores were requesting but it basically took 20 mins. Definitely coming back for my other broken consoles👍🏽 - Chris

My PS3 has not worked in 6 months and 1visit to Reapers fixed my game like its brand new. I took the system to other places and after leaving the game with other businesses for days they would call and say there was nothing that could be done.
