Great experience! It was so easy to book and park last minute. Sylvia is a gem. She helped me select which lot based on where I was staying in Charlotte. They have a light rail located across the street from their Raleigh lot. She advised me on how to take the rail as it was my first time in Charlotte. She went above and beyond. Looking forward to the next time we come through!
