They charge way too much to send out an uncertified mechanic to put fuel filters on a truck and fail to prime it, then leave with the truck still not running. Almost 600 dollars for a road call that is literally 5 minutes away from their shop that still left my driver stranded. I would be ashamed to call myself a mechanic if I couldnt prime an engine. I highly recommend going any other route than calling these guys if you need anything more than a chicken light replaced, they probably wouldnt be able to do that correctly.

They cant garantee completion time, something simple they are GREAT and On Time As Promised, something more complicated, better go to Dealer..and get a RENTAL, because you will be down for weeks!

Called at 4pm to ask about looking at my fifth wheel hook was locked. Lady took a message no one called back for over an hour which was after 5 and they charged $428. Just to come look at it plus repair.Had it not taken a hour for call back I could have drove the truck to their shop.What a RIP OFF

Had one of my company trucks there and they charged around $500 for NOTHING. They threatened my coworker to get his truck towed. But did they fix it? NO. This is unprofessional and unethical. They like to steal and take advantage of you. We are not from NC, so they do this on purpose...Please give him his money back. You know who you are.

This is THE shop to go to in Charlotte. I have been coming here for years and they didn’t disappoint yet again. I had a minor air leak and the professionals here got me in right away, fixed the issue and had me on my way. At a very reasonable cost too! These guys are pros and get the job done.

We have an older truck. Problems while driving from Greensboro to Augusta and began having problems with power - could only go about 30 or 40 mph. Called Diesel Doctors. spent approximately 1 hour using their equipment to see what was wrong. Nothing showed up. They said they could find nothing wrong and charged us $383.00. Not sure the mechanic knew that much... Additionally, the online invoice I paid had NO detail - only the price. On the phone they told me it was $99 for the roadside call, $110/hr with a 2 hours minimum, $20 for fuel surcharge...not sure what the rest was... Does NC charge $54 tax on that amount?

My check engine sign was on due to O² CENSOR which I found out from Autozone for FREE, thanks to Autozone for their great service.Be aware of this place.

They told me to go there, that theyre opened 24 hours. I had a blow out with a tire and needed help on a sunday. I drove to their shop, only to find out they werent opened and if they were to come out and help, they would still charge me the road service fee even though I was in front of their shop. Very disappointed! I found a Loves instead. Better service and they didnt misinform me about anything. I will not call Diesel Doctors again. Be careful what they tell you!

Charged us $383 ($99 service call then $120 for 2 hour min- Should have been $339 as labor is excluded from sales tax). Came, hooked computer up and it didnt show anything. Took fuel filters off and said they looked fine, no code on computer. After about 20 mins onsight was ready to collect his money and run. Asked for mechanic to venture a guess as to what could be causing the truck to have no throttle response he said he had no idea and that we should take it to the dealership. The only silver lining in this is that their email for payment didnt come through to the office so mechanic had to sit around and do nothing for the full 2 hours until email came through. We had a trailer that was once in a fire and the wires were a slightly melted. However, after the road service / towing company reattached them so we could recover our equipment. Anyway the lights stopped working on our trailer around the Charlotte area so we decided to use the services of this shop. The person there opened the trailer plate of our flatbed and said that the wires are no good and that we would have to replace the whole cable from the front to the landing gear. I said is there any way he could reattach the old wires to get us moving. He replied that there is absolutely no way because that is a major liability and if something were to happen he would be responsible for it. So he conducted his repair and charged us almost $1000 for it stating that it was a lot of work and so on. A couple months later the lights stopped working again and come to find out all these guys ended up doing was reattaching our old and apparently no good wires back the way they were. The ended up keeping our trailer a whole day and charged us almost a $1000 to do a five minute job. We used many mechanic services on the road over the years but this has been by far my worst experience. Never again!

I was very upset with them, needed brakes on my trailer just two tires needed brakes and it took them 4 days to complete that.

Friendly staff, didnt have any problems answering my questions and let me have my dogs with me in the lounge while they worked on my truck. Gave my girlfriend and I each a hat and me a calendar too, wish I hadnt forgotten my calendar there though. B service and check only took 2-2.5 hrs and since I was out of hours when they got done they let me sleep there until they shut the gate at 6pm. Overall Im well pleased w them!

I feel there’s poor leadership at this company, my truck went down at 0500 and l’m about to be camping overnight roadside because the mech has to fetch all his parts and do all the leg work. Hard business to be in but if your gonna bust us for high rates I expect a better follow thru on the total repair. If contact trucks were stocked and runners available for parts this mech would of had me rolling around 1000.

Dont come here if you are getting hired with landstar they want to charge you $110 for a DOT inspection to get hired on with landstar. A DOT inspection anywhere costs $55 at most you guys are snakes. The worst kind that people take shovels to. Wow.

Called late on a Tuesday got me in by ten on Wednesday by noon new the problem replaced clutch by Thursday night out Friday morning very nice kept me informed all the way through the process and was reasonable bill when done will call them for work in the future

Had a wheel seal leaking on my steer when I ptid in Blacksburg, sc this morning. No one close could get to today and found them on the national breakdown guide online. Called them and they said come on. They got me right in and back on the road in less than 2 hrs.

Their roadside assistance is waaay overpriced! Charged me almost $500 to change a tire this past weekend and took 3 hours to show up.

Had a very bad experience at this place. Came in for a PM that was quoted at 237.99 and then had to face the price after all their little add ons which was a hundred dollars more. Ended up wasting my time and taking my business to a TA.

Do not call them.After I was promised by Azas to send a mechanic to my truck,1 hour later somebody called my driver and told him that they will not be able to send a mechanic before the next day.Do not understand why they called the driver instead call the person who gave them the order????(POINTLESS!!!-like Diesel Doctors).Will not use them again.You guys give the mobile service a bad name.Wish you wonderful life.
