This nice gentleman shooting us a bird almost took the front end of my car off today on I85 in Greenville SC. After cutting us off to get off on his exit he slammed on his brakes causing my dog to almost be thrown through our windshield! I hope the rest of your employees are not so unprofessional and make your Company look this bad. As a business owner myself, if I should ever need your services I will look elsewhere.

Couriernet is very unorganized and inadequate of good service. Dispatch always enters data incorrectly which leaves the couriers driving in circles, and the staff member Bernard is overly flirtatious using pet names excessively which is borderline sexual harassment. They select their team based off friendships and terminate contracts when their feelings get hurt. It is more important to them to round up bad reviews and that’s something I can not be apart of. Couriernet currently has a law suit filed against them for prejudice and discrimination. Customers will be better off under new management as well as the couriers.

We use this service for work. The people that answer the phone are always courteous and helpful. The drivers all seem to be nice. Rates are very reasonable rates. We will continue using this service. I recommend you give it a try.
