I was a customer of a business that depended on the courier service for tire delivery. I was told that delivery would take 2 1/2 hours. WhenI returned after that time, the business called this courier service and was informed by a women that the driver should arrive with the delivery in 15-20 minutes. I returned 45 minutes later and the tires were still not delivered. I called the courier service and spoke with a women who said “he was on his way.” When I explained to her that I was told he was expected to arrive almost an hour ago. She abruptly hung up on me.This is a courier service that I paid additional money and added that to my order to try to avoid paying additional money for child care.I am sure that the woman’s job is stressful but I would appreciate being provided accurate information and updates on delivery progress so I am able to ensure that I can juggle other priorities on my end. I would have gladly returned to the business the next day instead of being told by the courier this delivery would arrive in a timely manner.The business ended up refunding me the money I paid for this courier service since the delivery was so delayed.

Anita is the MOST awesome!! I left my camera in an Avis rental car at the Charlotte International Airport. I could not find a phone for the local Avis desk. I was desperate. So I googled couriers to find someone who could drive over and talk to a human being to get a local number and help me encourage someone, anyone to look for my camera. She was sooo receptive to this odd request. And too boot she found the District Managers number for Avis and the local General Managers cell number - Norman. Can you believe the connections? Wow!!! She was the best. She cared. That is unusual. Hire this company anytime you have a courier need!!!! She will take care of your package!!
