Our company had a time sensitive delivery that needed to be handled with care & precision, and we needed it quickly. I called the same day and spoke with Prentice, who was able to carry out the entire transaction over the phone in less than 5 minutes. He ensured me that a driver would be at the pickup location on time and that it would be delivered on time, even though it was requested in a matter of hours. Frank showed up early to pick up the delivery and was able to get it to us well before the requested time. It was over all a great experience and we were very grateful for these guys!

If you need something locally and quick this company is a great choice. They picked up a package for me on the other side of Charlotte that went to an old apartment address. They had no issue going to the apartment storage locker, entering a code to get it, and then bringing it to me. I got it in just a little over two hours. The pricing was very fair as well for the convenience of staying home.

Let me just share with you, that Citywide was just one of the three courier services that responded to me and I called every single one of them within 50 miles of Charlotte per Google. They were timely and the least inexpensive. Surprised to see the driver (who coincidentally) was the owner wear a uniform. I will utilize again in a pinch and would recommend Citywide to those in need of such a service provider. (February 25, 2021)

If youre in the Charlotte area and are in need of a courier service, I highly recommend Citywide Courier. I was in a time crunch on getting some packages moved from one location downtown to another location and Citywide got the job completed for me that same day. They were very responsive over the phone and the quote couldnt have been more cost efficient. Ill definitely be using Citywide again in the future.

Citywide has handled all of our technology equipment pickups and exchanges during the pandemic. They have been extremely professional and prompt. Each pickup they have done for my company has been handled with care and delivered to our desired location with no issue. Moving to a larger contingent of work from home would have been much more difficult without their services.
