We were taken by a con and needed help getting the hacker out of our computer. I look ked up services that could do that, I found Geek on Site. They had great review and were very professional. They got everything cleaned up and I could use my computer in just a couple of hours.I will renew!

Hired them to fix my computer. They locked up my computer and tried to put it on me. Like idk the same pin I have had for 4 years. My customers information is being seen and now I have to let them know. So I spoke to a manager named mark he advised me that they will send out a tech under the warranty that comes with the $210.00 purchase but if it takes him longer than the hour and a half alotted time I will be charged agaimakong no since so. Yall mess up my computer and try and recharge me to fix it. Give me my money back. I will go buy a laptop and none of my workers or clients will use this service what a terrible way they practice business here. Stay away
