FALSE ADVERTISING!I have dealt with this issue many times but this last experience is what made me review my last and past experiences.Their Laundromat in the back has a BIG BEAUTIFUL SIGN stating “Last wash 8:30 pm” and their hours from 7am to 10pm.This is a problem I deal with every week I go to do my laundry. Unfortunately my work schedule allows me to do laundry around 7-8pm and it is unacceptable that every week I go and try to peacefully do my laundry I have to face the challenge to put up with the nasty attitude from the cleaning lady who does cleaning work every night. It is unacceptable they TURN OFF THE OPEN SIGN by 7:45pm and they lock their doors and refuse to open. If the cleaning lady is in rush and refuses to wait until the last costumer leave BEFORE 10pm then this isn’t the right job for her.To the owners: I hope you are aware this cleaning lady turns off the open sign by 7:45 even though your hours that have been there for years state “last wash 8:30pm” YOU ARE LOOSING BUSINESS!Tonight was not different: when I arrive by 7:45 this evening I was encountered by the same lady who had their doors locked and open sign off, she let me inside thinking I had clothes in it but I was just going to put in my laundry. Since I noticed she wasn’t in a good mood to see me I then went on to the front dry cleaners and wanted to ask a question.I went inside and asked this white tattooed lady who knows me very well because I’m an usual there, if there was a problem I could do my laundry in the back laundromat. I did this because I know there are connected even though the back laundromat closes at 10PM she then goes on and tell me “they’re closed” yeah, I know you’re closed for the dry cleaner but not for the laundromat — at this moment is was exactly around 8 PM she then goes on and tell me to talk to another lady in the counter whose name is ADRIANA and she says both the Laundromat and dry cleaners are closed, to which I replied “well then you probably have false advertising because it says “Last wash is by 8pm” she replied I know, we need to change that sign because it is wrong and we are closed. By this time they both got an attitude and kicked me out of the business. I was shocked!They both went on to tell me to come back tomorrow and Speak with Charlie to which I will. I’ve been doing laundry here for years but this is unacceptable now.When I returned to my vehicle to leave I saw the tattooed white lady go to the back laundromat and probably tell the cleaning lady to not let me in. (I have pictures/evidence)

This Cleaners is very unprofessional and very disrespectful when it comes to your items. They put your belongings in the washer machine like a person would do at home. I had a few on my hats to be cleaned and when I picked them up they were out of shape and bent up. These place should be closed down. Terrible business. 👎 Cheap bullcrap cleaners!!!!

The staff is professional, courteous, and remembers your name. Quality and value of work is wonderful. I highly recommend.

Stopped by Plaza location, no sign up if they did alterations or not, had not had a chance to look them.up online yet. Yes door was locked...but it was only a moment after 6p, lady by counter. I tried to ask through the door very loudly, she just threw up her right hand, pointing towards the back of store! Dont know what that meant, but no definitive answer given! Five of us from work needs work pants altered, so we will go elsewhere!

I have been going to this location for 10 years now and I am forever a loyal customer. And Ive moved about a year ago its worth the drive.

They have always done a great job and cleaning my clothes and getting it back to me on time. Theres an older lady there thats typically very friendly.

I have been a customer at Clean Clothes for many years using both the Eastway and Plaza locations...The quality of their service is second to none. I have never been disappointed to the way that my clothes have been cared for, and I appreciate the dedication and service shown to me by the employees.

I used their wash and fold service. Everything smelled great and was very neatly folded. These people are the nicest people you could ever come across. When I went in to pick my clothes up they offered me pastries and coffee. Its so nice to see people truly take pride in the work they do. I will definitely use them again!

I found myself in a real jam Friday morning before a wedding weekend of all things! Despite my own procrastination, after attempting to find a same day cleaner (one of which would not make any exceptions after 10am, it was 10:35am at this point..) I found myself in a panic. I called Clean Clothes dry Cleaners and was routed to one of their local warehouse cleaning centers. Charlie walked me through the normal options real quick, and after hearing my situation he offered to make an exception for me without hesitation. I was able to drop off my suit items I needed for the wedding directly to him and he saw to it that my garments were fully cleaned and pressed by 3pm that same afternoon!!! I couldnt believe how helpful and more importantly how willing to help Charlie and the crew were!All I can say is, they saved my ass! He could have dismissed me and reasonably not made any exceptions... but rather Charlie went above and beyond for just 3 suit pieces from one random customer in a jam. The Other company would not even let me bring the items to their warehouse which I had offered, it was already too late etc etc... Well I know which company truly seems to care about customers, and thats the Clean Clothes - Best Cleaners in Charlotte.

This is the first cleaners Ive used since Ive been in the area. I love the customer service. Im always there before 3 pm and everything is explained clearly to me. So, the customer service plus the prices equal a win win in my book.

This is my go-to dry cleaner in Charlotte. Don’t be put off by the exterior of the building. It’s what happens inside that keeps me coming back. In my experience, nothing beats their service, quality, and pricing. Ample parking and family run customer service. Highly recommend!!

Quite possible THE BEST customer service I have EVER received in my entire life. This is a family owned place and Charlie is an incredibly kind human being. I just moved here to the area and needed something done in a timely fashion, they took of me as if I was part of their own family. I will be going to them as long as I live in Charlotte and give them the highest recommendation possible. A+++++++++

Always a Good Experience

Dropped off a few dress shirts and a dress to be worn for a wedding. I dropped the items off on a Friday before 10 am for same day service. When I arrived to pick up the items the dress was not cleaned. Their reasoning was a broach on the front was broke. I asked why no one called me because the dress needs to be worn today. Their response was “we were too busy.” So not only do I need to have a dress speed cleaned for a wedding they lost a weekly customer.TAKE YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE.

They just got a long time customer in me as of today!! I am happy to find an awesome place to that’ll take care of my clothes. Amazing job on my suit and especially stains on my white uniform shirts.I just switched to this place after being overcharged by my last place that did ok work. Having said that, this place is really welcoming, they listened to the request I had to repair some items, and they also suggested proper care. They offered me proper combination on clothes to get dry cleaned, so it wouldn’t cost me more as individual items. On top of it all, they are really personable from drop off to pick up. They took their time to talk to me that made that much more difference. Hands down I recommend this place!

Perfect place to wash your clothes, pretty clean and TVs in English and Spanish

Convenient, lots of machines, but bathroom was not clean and there were no toiletrys an no one there to get u any, other than that it was an ok place to do laundry, i did feel somewhat safer at this one compared to some if the others i had found

Amazing alterations! And super fast 24 hour turnaround AND they are nice. Which is so uncommon these days.

We have used Sunnys Dry Cleaners a few times for comforters and other dry clean only items around the house and have always been pleased with the outcome.This most recent time though, when we got home we noticed the comforter we had cleaned didnt come out as well as it should. The dog smell was still present. I drove it back on the way to work and they took care of it, no questions asked and apologized for the mistake.No one is perfect, but when you make a mistake and stand behind the issue, it shows you are there to service your customers!

High volume dry cleaner; they consequently lack attention to detail. I had to stop coming altogether after owner showed no willingness to acknowledge or discuss the possibility that his equipment or employees may have damaged one of my dress shirts.

I went there for an unusual alteration and they were fast, courteous and charged me fairly. A friendly atmosphere with good service. Thank you for your help

Never experience a poor service like this. Sent in clothes, it was returned uncleaned. Sent it again a second time and they failed to deliver at the agreed time. The front desk was so unprofessional unethical, and unprincipled.
