Ace check cashing, in general, has been a godsend. The South Boulevard location tops them all. Each and every person Ive dealt with, mostly Maria, has been absolutely incredibly easy to deal with, personable, pleasant, and makes sure Im out of there in a timely manner. Although Ive only met Rosa a few times she seems to be following the mannerisms of Maria. These women are incredible.

Mariana was always so nice and very helpful. I appreciate all her time to answer my questions as well as being patient with me. You guys should give her raise.

Ive had it for years & its only has one draw back which charges are like cashing a check when you have to draw large sum of cash off. But thats it everything else runs smoothly. So almost perfect is great for me.

#1 Computer System: Cant call ahead to see if the computers are down... which apparently happens often given the number of times Ive stopped in for a quick transaction that cant be processed. It is evident that the frustration level is high, even with the nicer employees.#2 Incorrect Information: Last week a new (very nasty employee) told me I had to fill out a form, pay $5 & wire the cash (in my hand!) to reload my netSpend Visa. She looked at me hateful. I looked at her wondering ‘why aren’t you working in a morgue?’.#3 Hit or Miss: sometimes the employees are knowledgeable & friendly but just as often Im treated with disdain, like being a customer is a bad thing.#4 Competition is a good thing: there are many other options, so I’m outta here. Good luck. Maybe your experience will be better.
