I am constantly amazed at the great service Rose Charters provides. I have had the privilege of using them several times and the vehicles are immaculate and the drivers are first class. When you go to their offices they have their Wall of Fame where you can read countless stories about how they saved the day for their clients. The drive to exceed customer expectations comes from the Top with CEO H.A. Thompson and is the mantra of all those who work there.If you need charter bus transportation for your event you will not be disappointed with Rose.

Worst bus experience. And that includes the trip to Myrtle Beach with 90 middle school students when our bus broke down. This weekend we ventured to Disney with 40 students in tow. We thought the mix up of multiple buses and multiple drivers adding to our departure time was going to be the snafu of the weekend. Not even close. There were several occasions on the way down to Orlando when our driver nodded off, swirved between lanes, and had several near misses with nearby vehicles. We spent more time riding the rumble strips and reflectors than between the yellow and white lines. Not to mention we were over the speed limit for the duration. While we were in the parks we hoped our driver would sleep. Evidently not, as he picked us up and then proceeded to miss 2 potential exits to our hotel, adding on 10 minutes at 11pm (and this is WITH a GPS running)! I can safely say that any future field trip, family trip, or chaperone experience will NOT include this charter. The safety of its passengers is obviously not the priority.
