They are so amazing and very nice I was going through hell and back trying to get a rental from enterprise but due to my age and me not having a Credit card I wasn’t able to use my debit card but anyways I was so over it I even wanted to cry until I came across there website and went in it was very simple and easy. From the day I picked up the car and returned it everything was good the car did not give me a problem what so ever I’m definitely going to keep coming back everytime I come to Charlotte and need a rental and the best thing is their price for the week is unbeatable!!!!

Cars are BEYOND raggedy trust me...every car is north of 120,000 miles, all of the vehicles needs alignment work/ tuneups...would not recommend you have a better chance of taking a horse n carriage on a road trip.

This place is trash. They only have cars under 2012. The owner is rude and money hungry.Do not rent here. These cars and raggedy and will break down on you. We got pulled over, and didnt have insurance information. Keisha at the front desk is clueless. I would give it no stars but couldnt.

If I could describe this business I would simply say... the owner omera is very money hungry, rude, conniving, and clearly tasteless to say the most. The attitude that she displays is abruptly out of line and she runs her “business” through her personal emotions to say the least. I would never rent a car from here ever again and I advise you do the same. She will illegally keep your deposit just because she feels like it. She will add on fees for no reason too. Save your energy, time and money and go support someone else! If I could rate a negative 5 stars then I would in the blink of an eye. I hope that she will be rewarded her for all of her meaninglessness poor business practices (: AND THATS ON... YOU GOT ME MESSED UP

Since I found 5 star car rental, I have used no one else for my car rental needs. We have used this company for our last 3 vacations. The vehicles have been clean and dependable. The staff is friendly and courteous and the rates are unbeatable. Thanks 5 Star!

Honestly the worst job ever. Manager is never there. Doesnt train you, just leaves you to do everything. She also rips people off and is very rude when she is confronted by customers. All the cars are damaged and over priced. Wouldn’t recommend working there at all. She doesnt pay on time and lies constantly about hours and wages. If i could give 0 stars i would. In 3 months i saw over 7 workers get hired and fired for no reason. She fires employees before the 30 day mark so she doesnt have to give a raise. Omera also argues and cusses at everyone. Unprofessional. Rude. Lack of empathy.

The owner Omera, was very professional, polite, informative, business-minded and . I was very happy to support this establishment and will continue to do so!! Do not use this company! They rented me a car for 2 weeks. After breaking down on day 2, they had only one replacement car available, which was not comparable. They refused to refund the remaining portion, and told my husband to come fight them!!! Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. These people are scam artists and should not be in business! Buyer beware....

5 star rental offers great customer service and knowledge of inventory. Has great prices and rates that cant be topped. 5 star rental is definitely my go to choice of rental companies.

The vehicles arent tuned up. they dont fix the vehicles clearly because they have visible damage they are missing hub caps and they will illegally retain your security deposit

I called 5 Star when my truck wouldnt start and rented a van. The process was simple and fast. They saved the day. I didnt even know VW made vans but it was nice. 5 start also recommended a mobile mechanic who fixed my truck the next day. 5 stars for 5 star!

I had a great experience with my mom, everything was fast & efficient! They got us what we asked for without the salesman trying to give us extra expensive add ons. My mom says shes coming here everytime were in Charlotte!
