Ok so its all cash no big deal. If you dont mind cars with lights on the dash, dents, miss matched bumpers oh and that the have been in accidents then it will work for you. Everyone is very nice but for the price you payho wstly go to a real rental agency. Itsunlimited milagebut dont travel fatherthan 2hrs away its $50 extra and more than 3 is $100. I rented for over a month and it got old that they never have cars to switch you out and the one i drove white sonota was trash junk. I replced both head lights fixed the window buttons and the driver door handle. If you have no other option then go for it but beware what you get

But these great people did everything they could to make sure I got a car so I could get home. I will most definitely be renting here again.

Eileen helped me with the rental and she was so nice and helpful. When I return the car process was easy as the time of getting the rental. I received my $100 deposit in cash. I already recommend them to so many of my friends and all are happy like me.

I was given a 2011 rental car. This is surly a place for those that dont have a credit card nor credit. I was stopped because of the taillight was out, I brought 1 & had it put in, the shocks was shot. But if you need a weekly rental for the cheap & used car then this is the place.

Excellent service at NC Car Renal in Charlotte. The Cadillac we received was in excellent shape, spotlessly clean, and ready for an extremely comfortable round trip to Myrtle Beach. Our German visitors were highly impressed by both the vehicle and especially the friendly smiling face of the attendant upon our return of the vehicle. Better than traditional car rental! No hold on your card. The location is convenient and warm. The car was GREAT. Running and heated with the seat warmers on! Poor Communication..Been in contact with the company for over a month. Totally understandable that there arent reservations but if Im told something I expect that to happen. So to be told to call back the week of and that there will be several car options on my requested date and to get to the day before my rental date and to be told there are NO CARS available... The rep took my phone number and said she would give me a call back..Never received a call...Poor Communication and misinformation.

I don’t even know how they get these reviews. I needed a rental bad to get to and from my new job. I don’t have a credit card, so I went with a cash rental. When I got it the tire pressure light was on and change oil sensor. So, I put some air in the tire and the light stayed on. I figured it was a sensor and text the place and they text me back it was just a sensor and lights were on most of their cars. Ok.... I only need this car for a week or two, so ok whatever. On day two.. I’m a buck 35 and I don’t have to open the door but so wide to get out, well on the second day I went to the grocery store and grabbed my bags from the back seat and had to open the driver door all the way to get out.. I heard metal scraping. It was the front door. Drivers side door and bumper are starting to scrape. So, now every time I open the door the metal is scraping pushing a dent in between where the door and the bumper meet. I record this and tell the people about it. Day 3 tire goes flat with myself and my babies, they tell me they have no road side and I put air I’m my tire to make me from sugar creek to brookshire and the car has been parked since. I payed 370 plus 100 deposit I probably won’t see to drive for three days! I’m beyond pissed! Oh but I must say it was very easy to rent from them!! Oh and Everything on the inside was falling apart or just missing!!

I am just trying to see how people give this place 4 and 5 stars when they are charging 63 dollars a day to rent a car i called to just get pricing on their rentals and the lady could barely speak english but says they charge 63 dollars a day and from thursday to monday it would be 250 plus 100$ deposit i paid that much for a weekly rental sorry i wont get a rental from this place then asked what year the cars they renting out to people for 63$ a day she wouldnt tell me yall people are crazy to pay 63$ a day for a car
