SANDY HODGES !!!! The best Ops Manager at Avis/Budget PERIOD!!! Customer Service 100% Guaranteed with Sandy !!!!!! I had an emergency situation and was trying to extend my rental at Charlotte budget rental at the airport and I was not able to reach a customer service representative at the counter. Every time I called I would get Indian speaking representative who then tells me to NOT press anything then the phones HANGS UP!!!! So frustrating I couldn’t extend my rental then being over charged on my credit card I was in tears 😭 like it was not my fault the system is flawed and definitely doesn’t not let you get a counter representative WHOS I SEEN 5 of them and three of them were doing ABSOLUTELY nothing!!! Like why can’t they be answering phones!! To extend rentals not picking they’re skin on the side of there fingers!!! Sandy Hodges got straight to the issue and is aware of customers not being able to extend their rentals if NEEDED! She stated she is working on getting another systematic flow to help getting those pool of calls to roll over to an actual representative. Sandy I understand why your in the position you are. You’re a shining light 💡 and deserve to be off for 2 months with pay. I sure wish I could give it to you Sandy Hodges Of Charlotte NC airport I thank you so much for your patience and dedication to provide World class customer service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Rented a 26 ft truck with a dolly on the back for my husbands car. THE DOLLY WAS JURY RIGGED WITH NO EXPLANATION ON HOW TO HOOK IT U0! NO TURN SIGNALS AND NO HEADLIGHTS! Had to drive it like that from NJ to North Carolina. OVER 600 MILES! They will be lucky if we dont SUE THEM! ITS ILLEGAL TO DRIVE A TRUCK IN THIS CONDITION! I PAID $2300 FOR THIS PIECE OF SHIT RENTAL!
