I am so not happy with the business department. I brought a vehicle from here I have since traded the vehicle in with a different dealership, not to mention I no longer live in Charlotte. I called on more then one occasion to speak with the business manager in reference of my credit owed to me for the Gap insurance I purchased. I was unable to get anything solved over the phone so I had to drive two hours to Dutch Miller Kia, when I arrived I explained to the receptionist what I was there for, she informed the manager and asked me to wait in the waiting area, keep in mind all I had to do was sign a piece of paper and make a copy. I waited in the waiting area for a little over an hour, walked passed the office of the business manager that was sitting at his desk listening to music. I knocked on the door and ask if I can sign the papers and go. I ask was there anything else that I need to do, he informed me that everything will be taking care of. It has been over a month and I have not been able to get an update. I was able to search and find a number to call the gap insurance company, they informed me that I was still active in their system and no cancellation papers were sent to them. They gave me a email where I was able to send the papers needed to them myself. I was told I had to wait another three weeks for process... smh... this is not good business practice!!!! Unhappy customer.

This was such an awesome experience. I had been to Dutch Miller about 4 years ago and bought my first Kia. I was always a Honda driver. But I liked the idea of a Soul. Made me feel like I was up high similar to an SUV when driving. I couldn’t afford an SUV and the soul had a lot of features that I otherwise may not have been able to afford at Honda.Happened to stop in the other day to see what the newest Soul looked like. I went in with a take it or leave it attitude. I didn’t have to have a new car but was just looking. The process was insanely easy. Darious was the nicest guy. He was not pushy. He understood what I was looking for. He understood I could only afford x amount of dollars. I didn’t even test drive until he had spoken with the finance guy. Ha. All the employees were great. I will return again in a few more years. I absolutely love my 2021 soul. I couldn’t be happier. Rhonda was lovely at the front desk as well. You all have a gem in her. I was really pleasantly surprised and it was simply amazing to me the difference in experience here at Dutch Miller. You guys are great. Thank you for all your help. I will be back again to buy a 3 rd car.

Dutch Miller Kias representative needs to discuss status of car in private with customer. Every word can be heard by others in waiting area. Recommendations & costs are private. I was there for a recall repair but given quotes & recommendations about other things, which are appreciated but not out loud to the whole room. This was also done to two other customers while I was done. This was not properly handled.

My wife and I are leaving on a 3 week vacation and needed to update our factory gps and we could not get it done. So we went back to Dutch Miller and Kevin Neely worked on my wifes car and got it updated. But there were several problems that my wife and I would never have been able to solve.Kevin represents Dutch Miller very well!

I am having the worst experience from buying a car. I just bought a Kia Rio from dutch miller kia and they keep harrasing me about documents to sign and extra things they would forget. I just got another call saying they need something. AGAIN. I understand if its like an email or like a text message following up, but they NEEEED to call two times to demand my time. I am at work every time they call. I am so sick and tired of going to this dealership. Really, go find another car dealership because they are not here to help you.

The 2022 Carnival MPV SX Prestige has arrived. I have edited my post to include photos of this stellar new vehicle. Telluride is hot. I was test driving and people were asking what it was and had heard of all the excellent reviews and top awards the Telluride has won. Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte has a big inventory and is a smaller dealership so you dont get lost in crowd because they really appreciate your business and make sure the vehicle you want is right for you and follow through to make sure youre treated right. Not like a number but like a person. I also test drove a Sorrento and posted some photos. I will post some Telluride and Stinger photos and videos too. My brother in law wanted to check out the K900 which is the top Kia. And well probably also drive a new K5 to see how it measures up, I hear its known for a lot of safety features standard that other cars dont offer.

Very nice experience with Rodney. He was very nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. He did not apply any undue pressure on us to make a sale but made sure we had all of the information we needed to make an educated decision about the cars we looked at. If we decide to buy a Kia, I will definitely return (and look for Rodney).

I bought my teenager an older Ford Focus and we were told that although it was in an accident it was not a salvage car because as a dealership they are not allowed to sell salvage cars. The salesman showed me the car fax and said it was just in and out of insurance claims but was fixed and not salvaged. Well we got the title in the mail a few weeks later and sure enough it is a salvage vehicle so we are stuck with a car that we probably can never sell and the manager will not even answer my email. They will also charge everyone a $899 dealer fee even if it is an older car. This ended up being 13% of the price of the car. Will never use them again!

They should have somewhere for customers to sit outside. On days that its nice and especially during the pandemic. No worries, I have my own folding chair in the back of my car. 😉

After not having a very good experience at our local dealership, we traveled 90 miles to Dutch Miller Kia and were very pleased. They were able to complete practically the entire transaction, including trading in our vehicle, over the phone/email, and were able to work magic to get us to the price point we needed! When we arrived at the dealership, all that was left was to sign the final paperwork and drive away. Very pleased with the service and care we received, and are especially thankful for Nathan and Garrett’s help!

I am very please with my new car Kia seltos. I really did not like how pushy the dealership was. I do not like how the salesperson was having me sign papers while on the phone with the insurance kinda makes a person wonder if they are taking advantage of the client. This is my second purchase from this dealership and unfortunately will be my last. Again the quality of the Kia remains a 5 star the dealership a 2 was a 5 but after this visit nope...

Ive been a customer at Dutch-Miller Kia Service for many years and have nothing but good things to say. Despite the fact my car is so old its now considered a classic, the Service Dept. always takes really good care of it. If a problem is spotted ahead of a break-down, Im told immediately so it can be taken care of promptly. Ralph is always my go-to guy. Hes been an excellent service rep to me over the years, and goes above and beyond to make sure my car is serviced correctly and that Im happy with the results. A special shout-out to Ralphie, one of the mechanics, who gave me outstanding service the last time I took my car in. I had new hubcaps put on, but the hubs were old and rusty, so he took the extra time to paint them WITHOUT ME ASKING AND WITHOUT CHARGING!! to make the whole wheel look like new! What a guy!

Classic car dealership. They acted like they were my best friend throughout the buying experience but once the car was off the lot it was an uphill battle. The car was sold with defects that were brought to their attention and they said would be fixed, however, for weeks i tried to get a hold of them when they were not fixed and they were of no help. They claimed the problem was fixed due to them saying they technically did what was asked even though were clearly misconstruing my words in a way that was obviously intentional. This was my first time buying a car and my first major purchase and they made it a nightmare. No matter how friendly they act they are a typical car dealership who has no slight whiff of a care about you and are only trying to sell a car regardless of the condition of that car.

I bought a Kia Soul at Dutch Miller last Friday and it was a wonderful experience! We came in close to closing time so everything went so quickly which was AWESOME! It was the least amount of time I have ever spent sitting around a dealership. Everyone working there was soooo nice. James helped me find my perfect car and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Such a great group of people! My only tiny complaint is that the client lounge was dark and dirty. There was no trash can so, people had just left their trash all over the tables and there was crushed popcorn all over the floor. We ended up just moving back to the tables out front where there was more light. The building inside just needs a little love all over. Overall, we give A+ ratings for service from everyone! I would recommend both Dutch Miller and James to anyone looking to buy their next car!

Wasted my time 2 days in a row. Showed me 3 cars that they KNEW I would not be able to get. Victor would come in with smiles and say everything was approved multiple times just for another man to come in and say that I wasn’t. He was nice but overall seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing or talking about. He was all over the place. Garret had to come in and talk for him 3 times. I asked specific and multiple questions every-time they called so that I wouldn’t waste time and they still wasted a total of 6 hours of my time.

Nathan sold me my very first car, not to get to personal but when covid hit I lost my job and was on unemployment I had no paystubs, no proof of employment for the longest. I recently got an offer letter from a job and as soon as I let Nathan know I needed a car he got right on it. I had no money down and he didnt turn me down, he helped me out so much and even brought me lunch and snacks, he also was very transparent and honest about the whole car buying process. Oh my goodness!!! My entire car buying experience was amazing! Ill start with-The car I wanted literally sold the night before I found it. Immediately, Leon said they would find me another vehicle just like the one I had my heart set on. My sales person Leon & the sales manager Ty found exactly what I was looking for!!! They searched near & far starting around 9-10 am & my car was located and brought to the dealership within just a few hours! It was magic!My new 2021 Kia Sorento Hybrid EX is all I could ever dream of! It is the perfect size, the mgp are killer (38 city, 35 hwy), the panoramic sunroof is out of this world, and the ability to charge Snow White & all her seven dwarfs phones at the same time (like a billion usb ports throughout the car) is life changing.You guys, gas prices arent going to get any better any time soon- go get your hybrid! I traded in my 2013 Kia optima hybrid that I have loved since the day she was born- It was an amazing car but I need more of an suv these days. Anyway, this brand has been my go to since about 2010 and they havent failed me yet. What you cant always find when looking for a Kia though, is the staff that Dutch Miller Kia has to offer! Do yourself a favor & ask for Leon- he will definitely get you what you want- when you want it- and above all at a fair price! I have ZERO regrets! Didn’t catch the advisors name because I wasn’t even sure if he was available or not but he had dark, long hair. I wasn’t greeted, no one smiled, he didn’t even get up off his tail! He just barely looked over the top of his computer and asked if he could help me... appointments only for an oil change?? Tf kinda mess is that? Ok... I can wait, is there any chance you can squeeze me in? NOPE. Unfortunately we work by appointments only. Mmmkk. I won’t come back. Y’all can keep the free oil change. I’ll buy any other car from DM cause my man Will would have never had me feeling like this guy did, but I will go elsewhere for my service needs. Service speed for oil change was good but was told car wash would be 5 minutes and 20 minutes later still not done. Had warranty question they could not answer because the one person who could was out (seems odd). Waiting room was dark and gloomy- does not cost any more to use a bright color paint. WiFi did not work.

Went to Dutch Miller Kia to have headlights checked after JiffyLube was unable to get lights to work. The bulbs just ended up needing replacement but the appointment ended up taking an hour and a half. While I appreciate the service station for checking other items on my car I would have preferred if they had asked my permission first so the appointment could have been quicker.

Excellent sales.I am waiting on financing to pay back the lien holder the prorated portion (about $800) that was left on my extended warranty for my Kia Soul that was totalled.Also I am waiting on my 2nd key that I was promised when I purchased my new 2021 black Kia Soul.
