Revision added a screened-in porch to the back of my house. We were very satisfied with the process, from the planning/design all the way through the work to completion. Communication with the Revision team was great; everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Revision keeps you updated with the progress of the project and the future schedule on a real time basis, so there are no surprises. Any issue/question we had was addressed immediately. The finished product was excellent and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this company.

We approached Case for our project because we watched as they did some remodeling for a neighbor and we liked what we saw.Our first meeting with Case was exploratory and they listened and asked good questions to learn what we had in mind. They produced some CAD models for us to review and after ~ 3 iterations we accepted their proposal and signed a contract.We are very pleased with the quality of the work and, perhaps most important, the team that worked with us. Good people, good skills, good results. We made the right choice when we chose Case.

When it came time to remodel our kitchen, there was only one call to make. We had worked with ReVision on a few projects when we bought our 60 year old house last year, and knew we wanted to work with them again on the kitchen. Going through this type of remodel can be a daunting task, but they make the whole process as simple as possible. From creating the initial design concepts to executing the day to day construction to being in constant communication, they took the stress out of it. They even worked with us to make sure that the project was completed before the arrival of our baby. We were thrilled to work with Julianne and Drew again and had equally great experiences with Cole and Matt. They hold themselves to a very high standard and deliver on what they promise. Would 100% recommend ReVision for your home design and remodeling needs. We are so happy with all the work they’ve done on our house and would definitely use them again.

We hired Case to close off our 2-story living room and add a bonus room directly above that area. The initial meeting was really great (shoutout to Adam for really listening to what we wanted and being extremely upbeat and positive about the ability to make it happen - others who had come out to give a quote were more pessimistic and negative about what it was going to take to do this project, not exactly what a homeowner wants to hear). Every step from start through project completion went very smoothly and we were very happy with the work they did. Plus, you get an app with a schedule so you know every day whats going on, no guesswork. Our on-site case manager Eric kept in touch every day with any kind of updates as well. Everyone comments on how amazing it is that you cant even tell that it was an addition, because of how seamless it looks. We are very happy with our new room and cant wait to do other projects with Case.

Such a mixed experience:Design C+ : While we were happy with the final design, ReVision did not make sure prior to ordering the cabinetry that we had adequate electrical output to match our request. Given that we already had everything on-site that we wished to power using our new island, this should have been an easy check; instead we are left with a pretty much unusable void where a microwave had been planned. Also, the planned location for the outlets werent feasible, a fact only realized AFTER the countertops were done and being installed. We expected more upfront logistical planning.Construction A-: The workmanship of our cabinetry, countertop, and lighting is great. The only proviso was one retrofitted area that, again due to poor logistics at the planning stage, ended up less than satisfactory.Completion Time D: We were told from contract to cabinet delivery would be 8-12 weeks, and tear-down to finish would be approximately 3 weeks...we had a rather small project. Instead, we waited 17 weeks to get the cabinets and 7 weeks to go from tear-down to finish.Communication F: While the boots-on-the-ground teams were generally VERY good at communicating, the information we received from the office was often sparse, incorrect, and on more than one occasion just flat out untruthful. And at one EXTREMELY disappointing point, we were chided that we should just be grateful that the delay wasnt even longer.

Over the course of 8 years living in the Charlotte area, weve used Case for 4 separate projects. The projects started small but grew to include a complete kitchen remodel that was completed this summer. The design from Jeremy was incredible as was the support & communication from our lead craftsman, Seth. The entire project was completed in a little over 8 weeks, which is incredible given the scope of work that had to be done. We highly recommend Case and look forward to working with them on future projects in our home!

We recently worked with Case on a remodel of our home in Plaza Midwood. We truly enjoyed working with all parties, including our project manager, Anna, our designer, Jeremy, our production manager, Drew, and our construction manager, Seth. As returning customers with Case Remodeling, it goes without saying that my wife and I are incredibly happy with their people and their expert level of work. In the fall of 2016 we hired Case to design and build a mudroom/laundry room addition on the back of our house, and in 2019 we used Case again to gut and remodel our entire first floor. The latter included taking a load bearing wall down to create an open concept design kitchen, dining room, and living room areas as well as upgrading our 1/2 bath powder room to a full bathroom with a shower.With the two phase project now complete, we have a seamless and absolutely beautiful and efficient mudroom/laundry room adjacent to the rest of our newly remodeled first floor. It’s so incredible that most days we still can’t believe it’s our house. It’s like living in a HGTV show! Overall, both projects went very smoothly and according to plan. As with any addition or renovation it wasn’t without challenges, especially since we have children. During the first project, our third child was born. Case and all the contractors that they hired were incredibly respectful of this stage in our life. During the second project, we were living in the house with 3 kids under 7 while most of the work was being done. That’s where the people at Case really shine. Marianne Shannon, our lead designer (and good friend now) was with us every step of the way through both projects. She and her assistant Katie went out of their way to make themselves available to us whenever we had questions or concerns, no matter what was going on.We chose to renovate in two phases in an attempt to spread out the cost of our remodel. We found Case’s pricing to be honest and fair. When we approached Case on the second phase, we requested to use the same lead designer (Marianne Shannon) and lead craftsman to complete our project, and they made that happen. There’s no doubt in my mind that even without that option our remodel would have come out just as seamless and beautiful. As a company, the employees at Case recognize the importance of individual relationships built between their customers and their front line people. We had the best experience with every member of the Case team. We had a very dated fireplace, in a house we currently bought, with an updated kitchen. The fireplace and the kitchen were in the same open area and it was necessary to redo the fireplace. I had a picture of what I wanted and the design team, Jeremy and his colleagues took it to another level. It turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. We appreciate the professionalism, the promptness, the attention to detail, and timeliness of our entire project. We will be using Case in the future for other projects. Highly recommend them.

I reached out to CASE to have a conversation, as they put it. Im disappointed to say that they told me today (12/29/20) that they would not be able to work with me due to my lean budget, and I should instead reach out to much smaller contractors or one-man businesses. Im not sure in what world 26k is lean for smaller spaces, but I guess it isnt wealthy enough for CASE to even have a conversation or consultation to learn more. Perhaps an adjustment to your description would be needed, to specify that you only have interest in working with customers that have a certain range of budget.Im disappointed, and a little humiliated- this is the first and only design/remodeling company to say such a thing to me.

My wife and I decided to go with Case after seeing the work they did for a relative, and truthfully we couldnt be happier we called them. The entire team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, answering questions and keeping us up to date on the project.Brian lead our project and his work at the house was just incredible! The results in our kitchen, living room and our fireplace are far beyond what we could have imagined. Case did an excellent job updating our historic 1920s condo in Myers Park. They responded to the challenges of such an old building with ease and handled our detail-oriented personalities with kindness and professionalism. They were always responsive and gave us a fantastic finished product. We were grateful to have them on site, and we cant recommend them enough. Well no doubt use them for our next project.

We hired Case to remodel our master bathroom. From beginning to end it was a fantastically easy process. Jeremy created multiple designs we could choose from and tweaked the final design to meet our taste and budget. Cole oversaw the project and all the tradesmen. He kept us updated and was very responsive when we had questions or brought up issues. He was even good natured about our poorly behaved dog jumping on him. And the final product? I can’t tell you how thrilled I am. The results are better than I imagined. The first time I walked in the finished space, I wanted to cry tears of joy. It was and still is so very pretty. I almost don’t want to use it so I can keep it looking pristine. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Case for another project.

We needed to remodel a fireplace in a 20 year old home we recently purchased to keep the main great room from looking rustic and dated.I cant say enough about Seth and his crew. Seth, was the project coordinator and the designer Jeramy. First, we were always aware of the status of the project and who was going to be working at our house each day. After our 1st meeting with Marianne Shannon, our project developer and Julianne Bachmann, our project designer we knew Case was our top choice to remodel our kitchen. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Marianne and Julianne were so enjoyable to work with. They were patient, listened to our ideas and developed several options for us to choose from. It made us happy knowing they were as excited about the project as we were. Their ideas were fresh, fun and modern. Exactly what we wanted for our new kitchen. Cole Leonhardt, our project manager was the best. We couldn’t ask for a better person to oversee the project. Right from the start, his strong work ethic was evident. He was always available to address our questions and concerns, didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure things were done right. He kept us informed during each phase of the project and his attention to detail was incredible.
