Final Touch is five stars! They were professional from beginning to end. I had my master bathroom shower remodeled, including tile installation. They completely removed the old shower, re-routed the plumbing and installed new tile, shower floor, glass walls and fixtures. FTC was there on time, everyday and made sure the rest of my home stayed clean while they worked. Alfredo was knowledgeable and easy to work with, he explained the process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Their work is flawless and of high quality. I Love, Love, Love my new shower and Im already planning my next project with FTC.

Alfredo is a saint! I called him in a panic needing quick help for a task I started and couldn’t complete. He came fast, took his time to do perfect work, and charged a very fair price. He is so fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone.

We just had Final Touch complete a back splash in our kitchen and dining area and they did EXCELLENT work! They were prompt and on time, extremely detailed with outstanding workmanship and completed the job, as promised. Once finished, they cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave a trace of a mess. Additionally, their prices are very fair. Because we were so impressed with them, we had them come back and do some additional work for us. Having just remodeled a home, we dealt with many tradespeople and vendors along the way. Hands down, Alfredo and Marcel were the best! Highly recommend!

Alfredo and Marcel installed marble tile in my shower. Marble is not easy to install, but they took their time and did an outstanding job. We could not be happier! They are both extremely nice and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and made great recommendations in areas we were unsure about. We will definitely use them again.

Final Touch is an awesome company. Alfredo and his team were professional, and their work is of the highest quality. We had tile work, drywall work and a built in bench done in the mud room and laundry room. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product. They are meticulous. They start early and work hard all day. They cleanup each day and treat my home with respect.I recently moved into a house that needed some updates and have used them for a variety of jobs.I first had them do a complete master bathroom renovation with a no threshold shower to allow for a wheelchair if ever needed. Alfredo worked with me to create my vision, and provided excellent recommendations each step of the way. And when I had additional requests such as removing a door in the middle of the project he patiently accommodated me and made it happen.The tile work is absolute perfection with attention given to the slightest detail. The same detail was given throughout to things I hadn’t even thought of but he knew to consider.I’m planning a second renovation to the hall bathroom and wouldn’t use anyone else. So thankful to have found them!!

I purchased a condo on Lake Norman that needed to be gutted and completely remodeled. I wanted to have one person that I could deal with for everything that I needed. Alfredo became this person. He handled everything in a timely fashion and he communicated with me constantly. He kept the place clean the entire time that he worked there and the results were beautiful. Im pretty good at general renovations and painting but bath-fitting and tile work is best left to the pros, and Alfredo and his team are true pros. Their attention to detail and customer service are fantastic. Their quality standards are very high and communication with the homeowner is great. They show up exactly on time and work hard every day. Alfredo wants to make sure every project is a showpiece and every customer is delighted with their work. I cant say enough good things about Final Touch Constructions. i have now used them for two separate jobs - a major bath remodel and tearing out a wall and installing new closets. I’d like to provide a review of the work that Alfredo Albarran of Final Touch Construction did for me in January 2018. The job was to retile my breakfast area and kitchen, which was about 350 sq ft. It involved removing all the existing tile, preparing the subfloor with backer board, installing new tile, all the associated small carpentry adjustment for the door jams, base boards, and pantry doors, and hauling away all the debris. Alfredo and his team did an OUTSTANDING JOB. His work is of the HIGHEST QUALITY and the attention to detail and the care with which the work is done is EXCELLENT. He and his team were always very careful to ensure that the dust and debris during the tile removal was contained to the work area and did NOT get into the rest of the house. They WORK CLEAN and the house stayed clean throughout the job. He and his team worked a full day from 8-5 every day and arrived precisely at 8 AM EVERY DAY! Never once did I have to wonder if they were coming. He was totally reliable and they worked diligently every day. The job came out GREAT and my wife and I are so pleased.
