Great local barbershop for men’s haircuts. Less expensive than the other men’s grooming spots, (no thanks, I don’t need a “free” beer or some weird massage chair) and better attention to detail. Ask for Jay.

Sharon Lynch has been cutting my hair for years and years! She also cuts my grown daughters hair and has done so since she was a child (she is now 44!). Sharon also cuts my granddaughters hair...from her first haircut to now...she is 12! She did give my grandson his first haircut also! She also cut my other daughters hair for years...she is now 41! She has moved away now. But Sharon is our go to person for our haircuts! The shop is friendly and warm, very personable and more. It is a family run place that I highly recommend.

I decided to visit this barbershop since it was only 5 mins away from me. Read a couple reviews and it was good. I walked into the shop and had a seat. It was only two customers in the shop. I was like great. One of the ladies ask what was in for and simply I was there for a shave. Suddenly everyone is busy! And I have been around other races my whole life, and today I experienced racism. It’s sad that my business wasn’t good enough for that shop.

Jay gives a great cut and really personable to talk to. Highly recommend if you want more than just a cheap cut.

Tower Place is a family affair owners Dee and/or daughter Sharon have been cutting my hair for longer than I want to remember. Whether its your first time of 25 years you will always get a warm smile and a great haircut at what has to be one lowest prices in town. Go and you too will feel like family - cant recommend this business enough!

I have been going to Sharon since the 70s. She has cut my hair when it was long, short and now falling out. I travel much further to go to them when many are much closer. Their shop is always clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sharon is a wonder and I recommend them most highly.

Natnisha Bowen’s, I’m sorry that you left our shop feeling that racism played a part of you not getting a haircut. It was never my intention to make you feel that way. We had 3 stylist in our shop today. Two of us were cutting hair. One stylist was waiting for her client to show up. We all have been in this business for many years and have our regular clients. We welcome walk-ins and never want to turn anyone away. We encourage someone to call if they want to come in so we can try to find time to cut their hair. It’s a huge statement to label a shop racist that was simply busy and couldn’t accommodate the time you needed. I would never want someone to leave our shop feeling the way you did. Please accept my apology.

I have been going to Tower Place since it opened, and Sharon has been cutting my hair for 20 years. Thats about 240 haircuts! The service is great and very professional. I had to go to another barber once because I was out of town and couldnt wait to get back to Tower Place. That one person who says she was turned away because 3 people were waiting? Really, what did she expect, to just walk in and jump ahead of others who were waiting? She is definitely an outlier.

Dee White has been cutting my hair since 1984. That should be all you need to know, but in case it isnt, I can tell you that after all these years, I have never had a bad cut. Ever. Tower Place offers services for men, women and children. The environment is always friendly and clean; and, after a while, you become part of the Tower Place family.

I’m from out of town and stopped over here for a quick trim with Jay. He did a great job and was really friendly.
