Kellz is the man. He was super hygienic before covid hit. Now hes even more sanitary and still giving the razor sharp cuts. Comfortable seating area with phone chargers for various types of phones. He really takes care of folk. Love

I was headed out for a flight and my usual barber was closed so I found the Face Master and I was weary once I walked in because I have only been to black barbers. I sat down and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I must say i received 5 star treatment no rushing or interruptions. It was a great experience and i would highly recommend this shop and i will return

First time customer, outstanding results from other customers going out the door. Kelvin is a true master of his art. Wish Kelvin would have cut my hair. My hair had to be fixed where another stylist gave me a cut i didnt like, so i cut it down myself but wanted to get it even out which I liked. Should have asked the cost to fix hair cause i like to leave a tip, but couldnt. I didnt ask for a facial massage or was told that It would be an extra charge. I would leave it out next time because of the vibrations from the hand machine didnt feel good on my face since I have sensitive teeth. Next time 5 stars, cause i will go back and take my daughter for her fade cut. Next time I will wait for Kevin.

Long story short, I shaved a square in the back of my boyfriends hair trying to give him a haircut. I reached out to Kels on social media and he responded immediately. He asked for a picture and gave me a quote and told me he’d do his best to fix it. He didn’t only fix it, but gave him an awesome new style that still worked for him. We have also never received a full steam facial from a hair stylist. Best experience!

I received a full experience including the hot towel service which a lot of barbers do not provide. He was attentive to my needs, kind, and professional. Jeremy, Paul and I came here for the guys to get hair cuts/fades. They were both super excited about going to a master barber. Kelvin joked around with the guys but you could tell he takes his hair cutting seriously. I must say, the guys definitely looked better afterwards :-)While waiting for them, I ended up getting a facial and my eyebrows done. I’ve never had a facial but I must say my face was like putty in Kelvin’s hands! I loved how my eyebrows turned out too! I didn’t know you could get them done at a barber shop but I’m definitely coming back again. I’m normally very picky with them but I didn’t have to have him do any additional misses. He was spot on!Kelvin was nice to me. I got to ask him many questions while he was working on the guys. He answered all of my questions politely and was very informative. The shop was clean and tidy!We will definitely be coming back!

I have lived in Charlotte for 3 years now. I’ve been to 9 barbershops before going to the fade masters barbershop. Hands down the best barber shop in Charlotte. Impossible to find a better one. I refuse to go anywhere else nor let anyone fade my hair. The best service you can get with top notch service. Will always be a repeat customer.

I came into the shop on my lunch break to be greeted by the barber! He was very nice and my haircut is on point! The haircut takes approximately an hour per person because all of the services come with a facial! I left feeling so clean! Definitely my new favorite barber in Charlotte, NC.

Literally the best service I’ve ever had. I expected to just get a hair cut. I was in shock with the extra mile this man goes. He has a mix from a southern to northern barber style. I was only passing through Charlotte in a 1 1/2 month journey vacation and needed a cut badly. I picked This shop based on reviews and glad I came across “fade master”. Never had such treatment before. Has me going back to Miami questioning my barber. If your checking reviews to see if he is legit just go and you will get the experience I did.

While the haircut was well done the price was outrageous. I was told at the end of the experience that the service was 35, however i was charged $39.xx that I did not authorize. No where is there a price list nor do you have the option for just a basic haircut. My son is 13 years old and while he was amazed with the facial he did not need all that. Again the haircut was ok but the price was not even close to being fair or warranted. I was ok with the 35 even though it was a smack in the face but to see the charge of almost $40 when i did not authorize a tip was wild. There is no huge sign as the owner states and as I did sign i was not given a chance to view what I was signing for, rather just handed a phone to the signature page once being informed it was to be $35. I was not provided with any receipt for my records and while I do not doubt that your business is legitimate your cost is extremely high and you are in no way forth coming about what will be done. Maybe it is because I am a woman having to bring in my son that you thought taking advantage was a good idea thats ok too, to each is own. However almost 15% to charge for taxes is outlandish, perhaps the state will agree. Thanks to you as well for reminding me that swindlers are everywhere. Happy holidays!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT AND SERVICE. I have been going to this man since he worked in back of a womens hair saloon in a small booth with no clients but I stood loyal and the man has no respect for a customer or a loyal customer. Hes hair cuts are always on point cant take that away from him by no means. But how he treats a paying customer hands down the worst I have ever seen. He is talks down to people and treats he clients like he is the God of hair cuts. Im sorry, I have to post this so you can see someones bad experience for your actions and you can work on it and become better person and grow and maybe one day you will have a high end place. I went on a Monday, as I walked in the only barber whipped off the hair smock. Figuring he would be on to his next client soon, I sat the waiting chairs while the barber spent the next 15 minutes tending to the client without greeting me or acknowledging my presence.No me gusta.

My son just got a cut from there. It was awful. Paid $30 for what could have been a simple shave at home. No detail at all no fade. I am not happy at all. Also the barber put some type of steamer on his face and my son didn’t like it. He asked him to stop and the guy refused and told him to calm down. He said the guy was pushing him into the chair. This is uncalled for. If my son didn’t want it for whatever reason you should stop. I am very angry about this experience and the waste of $30. I normally take him else where but they had a 3 hour wait. I can clearly see why this place didn’t have a wait. Because the service is terrible. Never again will I step foot in this place.

Because I have to leave a star I had to do a ⭐️Otherwise I would of left none. In search of a barbershop opened on Saturday alittle later I decided to call to see what time they will be closing. The guy who answered (Spanish guy) was talking to me and someone else in the background @ the same time.. No courtesy of “excuse me ma’am, or hold on one second”... I was highly confused!...strike #1....I paused and asked again “what time you guys close?” he replied in sarcasm “whatever time you seen on google when you found this number”.. then all you heard was laughter throughout the phone.
