This is the first time getting my hair cut since moving to Charlotte. Andrew did a fantastic job cutting my hair and trimming my beard.I gave him some creative flexibility with my hair and he recommended a style based on my hair type which Ive never had a barber do before. I will definitely be going back to this shop and seeing Andrew.The place is cash only but they have an ATM if you forget with a reasonable $2 fee.

Great experience, great vibes. The shop is clean and the barbers were all wearing masks appropriately during these hard times. Scheduling an appointment is easy just use their online booking. I booked in with Katrina cause her Instagram showed a great portfolio of work and I was in need of a new barber. Shes warm and welcoming and listened to my styling preference and what ideas I had in mind for a cut. Her execution was flawless. Likes to chat to make you feel comfortable, soft handed with the razor, and admittedly very meticulous about her work. The shop is full of super talented, chill people. Check this shop out if ya need a cut!

Ive never really had a professional cut. In fact, Im dangerous with my own clippers. Wes was kind to point that out and invited me to Midwood Barbers. Meticulous. Im a believer and could not recommend more.

We were stopping in Charlotte for a couple days and I needed a cut. I chose this shop because it had 5 starts and I booked an appointment with Joey. The 5 stars this shop has really shines. The appointment was right on time, Joey knew exactly what to do with my hair and it looked fantastic. During the cut, we were chatting and he was describing what he was doing with my hair and why and offered his own opinion. Great experience and if I’m ever in town and need a cut, he’s my guy.

Joey is the probably the most talented barber in the country. I’ve literally never gotten a cut that’s less than five out of five stars. He takes great pride and care in his work and never rushes even if you’re the last appointment of the day; totally makes an art form out of his craft. Extremely professional and friendly staff and free beer with your cut. Ask about his loyalty program for a discount. He’s very selective with his staff and I’ve observed they are all talented.

I Booked an appointment with Ashley and had one of the best experiences ever in a barbershop. She gave me a custom haircut and facial. Good personality and vibes her work speaks for itself. Don’t cheat yourself treat yourself and go check her out.

Great atmosphere and probably the best barbers in Charlotte all in 1 room. Beer while you wait is always a plus. Go check out Eric Easy for your next cut or any one of the killer barbers down at Midwood and they will have you looking and feeling your best. They offer other services like facials and such. Its a great way to make up for not taking care of yourself during covid like we all have, or refreah after a day of wearing masks.

My favorite place to get my haircut in Charlotte. I bounced around place to place for years, never really happy with the results, not here. Wesley is very professional and provides top notch service every time. He is very friendly/hilarious and gives me great advice with what style works best for me. Started coming in Oct 2019 and I havent been anywhere since! Hair looks great and I’m always happy when I leave. The Midwood barber shop is a clean and welcoming place. The barbers give an excellent haircut trim and shave. The hot towel on your face is a wonderful finish to a trim. I tried to find a barber that could tackle my hair for about 10 years. Never came short of finding someone that could give me a really good fade however the top of my hair was always a mess and no barber could ever make it look good. I honestly got used to simply having a messy top at least until I came across Joey. Joey has been cutting my hair for about a year and a half now and I could not recommend him more. Not only are his customer service skills amazing but his hair cutting skills are remarkable. Hands down definitely the best barber Ive ever had. If youre having trouble finding a consistent barber, I highly recommend Joey.

Best beard barbers in Charlotte! Ive been to other well know beard specialists in Charlotte but they werent necessarily welcoming and were lacking in customer service. It was as if you were lucky to get an appointment and should be thankful for any of their time or attention... really? This place has zero attitude. Theres a pool table and other amenities...chill, no judgement, thankful for your business...but most importantly, they know how to cut mens hair and are gifted with understanding of beards and moustaches.
