Terrible experience barber did not listen to me when I asked to tape up my sides and keep my hair wave length... hairline was not edge up right and was charged 30 dollars for something I could have gotten done at the barber school... please do not waste your time or money and please do not let black cut your hair he is terrible

Took my 13 year old son there for a much needed haircut. He has thick curly hair and usually it takes some time to get the cut right. BUT not this time, the barber was precise and quick ( Temp Fade, few inches -Yes, Inches -off the Top) Prompt Service !! Great Atmosphere !! GREAT HAIRCUT !!

Im a 73 year old man. I just got a haircut at Mastercutz. The barber ask take about half off? I said yes. It wae 3 to4 inches long. He basically gave me a crew on the sides and long on top. Proud Boys style.Worst cut Ive ever had anywhere.

Its a nice barbershop in general but you have to find the right person to cut your hair, once when I was here someone was cutting something I didnt ask to be cut.

Had to get a quick cut for a wedding I was attending. Nice shop with friendly staff

Asked for a bald fade, medium, with a 1 1/2 on top. Well the top ended up a 3 with a 1 1/2 on the sides. Barber made no attempt to wipe hair off my face, and I walked out with hair literally all over my face. When I tried letting him know the haircut wasnt right, I realized he had headphones in and didnt say a single word to me the entire time. Made me feel very unwelcome. Ive been getting same exact haircut for 20 years, this was the worst one. Must have been the blue uniform I was wearing.

The customer service is horrible. The haircuts are average. I waited 30 minutes for the barbers to just skip over me and cut other people that came after me. They didn’t even ask me did I need help or tell me that people had appointments or anything. They need to hire new people or just close all together. I only come here because there are no other barbershops close to me.

Stopped in on my lunch break on a Monday. Out in1hr. Nice cut a bit over priced $20 to shape, tape and line just the sides. No need to tip at that price.
