I was with another barber for several years, and when the pandemic hit, there were several scheduling issues with my past barber. My wife mentioned Gully, as this point in the pandemic, barber shops were open. I scheduled an appointment, and now it’s safe to say that Gully is now my barber. The shop is very clean, and every barber takes the appropriate precautions due to COVID-19. Gully is very professional, always wants to do right by the customer, and overall just a great guy. Also, dudes scissor game is on point.UPDATE: Still going to Gully to get my haircuts and beard trims. Gully is by far one of the best barbers in the Carolinas. His certifications speak for themselves, he is one of the best and most well rounded barbers. Gully provides many services that most barbers are unable to. His new shop in Rivergate is great. Gully is a rare combination of an artist and a skilled craftsman. I moved here from another state and desperately needed a haircut. I let him do his own thing and it came out fantastic. Ive never had such a hair style yet it looks like the best style Ive ever had. How did he do that but countless others havent? Clearly, Gully knows what hes doing ... to an amazing extent. He was fast, precise, and surprisingly thorough.

Gully has been our families barber for a little over 3 years now! He cuts my 3 sons hair (Ages 12, 5, and 3). He has also maintained my beard in various styles over this period of time.
