Great barbers… And a great new location. Typically I have an excellent service experience but today I was frustrated as I set an appointment and it wasn’t honored. This is the second time. I’ll be visiting another no grease location

I visited No Grease yesterday for the first time, and my experience on a scale from 1 to 10 was certainly a TEN! I was greeted upon entering, and assigned a barber immediately. Lakeisha was my barber. She was the BEST! Not only did she give me a great cut, but she massaged my scalp, and shoulders. Ill certainly, without a doubt, be a return customer! The professionalism was top notch!

Customer service is always important in my book. I also appreciate the expertise of my barber. He seems to be more of a hair consultant who also cuts hair.

Great spot for a haircut right by Johnson C. Smith. These guys are awesome and get you in and out timely.

Had a very nice time barber was friendly, with a nice atmosphere. I am a chef so my time is very important, my barber lets me know in advance if she is behind or not, which is an A+++......in my book.

Worst barbers now.. had been going there since it first open with the owner and others cutting mostly. Fastforward some years and it’s a ghost town with horrible barabers. Just because their young and fit the age demographic doesn’t mean that they are “quality” cuts being given. Cmon twins y’all gotta do better. Just because you’re expanding doesn’t mean you pull quality from other places leaving the most youthful location suck at being efficient and credible customer satisfaction rating. Replace your veterans with veterans, not rookies or just graduating barbers. The worst haircut I have gotten in Charlotte since I’ve been here in 2011. Not the same shop it used to be.

Stopped in CIAA weekend for a haircut at this place since it shares property space with my alma mater. The haircut I received was a 6.5/10 but the barber was friendly & I wanted to help a brother out so I tipped him out of my pocket. I go to the counter to pay & the cashier asks the barber what I were to pay, he tells her $10. I proceed to pay with my credit card & she asks if I wanted to leave a tip. I replied no since I tipped him in cash already. I signed the screen & she asked if i needed a receipt which i denied & now regret because I was charged $25. This was super shady, I was taken advantage of or the cashier is audibly challenged. Either way this is bad karma!
