My vehicle left me stranded off 85, and of all the days for it to happen it was in the pouring rain. These guys were quick to arrive and get it towed to my mechanic. I never thought that I would have two flat tires, passenger side, at one time but it happened. Oh and it was a Sunday morning a little before 8:00 am. I googled towing near me and fortunately ACE TOWING popped up. My sisters car broke down off 277 so I was helping her get her car towed since she works at the hospital and needed to make her shift. After calling around a few towing places I was getting very frustrated by other companies lack of help/customer service. Upon calling Ace Towing I was IMMEDIATELY relieved by the way Sarah answered the phone -- she was so kind and helpful in what was a stressful situation for my sister and me. Even though they werent technically open yet, she assured me as soon as a driver got in, they would come meet me to pick up the car at a safe and convenient location. Less than an hour after my initial call my sisters car was picked up and on its way to the dealership. She even called me back to confirm the car was picked up since we met at a different location to exchange keys. I was so pleased with the customer service, timeliness and just general wanting to help attitude Ace Towing had. I will definitely use Ace Towing for all of my future needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get the job done quick, efficient, and most importantly, right!

Ace towing was the only towing service that would help given that our car was in a very tricky parking deck and our car is lowered. They were very fast took extra care in getting the car loaded just right so we didnt incur more damage and were very reasonable given how tricky it was. Wayne the driver was so nice and helpful he really made a crazy day much better! Ace is the only company we will ever use after todays wonderful experience with them.

Chris was dispatched to meet me at my car but due to mistakes made by the dealership and insurance, was left waiting for me nearly 45 minutes. He was always kind and patient (and not the fake kind.) I felt terrible for his having to wait that day, but he helped to solve the problem and with a truly kind heart, which I needed at that moment. I used these guys to get my car towed from one auto shop to another. They were polite on the phone, upfront about pricing and the service was quick. I dont use towing service a lot but I felt like the price was pretty decent too. I saw on the website it says you get 10% off if you mention it and sure enough they took it off without a problem. And no Im not a promoter for the company.

These guys are fantastic and they do much more than just tow cars. We were moving our business and needed some fairly heavy equipment moved. One of our customers knew Michael, the owner of Ace Towing personally and recommended him highly. When I called - Michael was very professional, and accommodating. stating that they have moved many types of equipment and as long as they could do it safety they would move about anything. I sent him pictures of our two commercial embroidery machines and we made the deal. The driver was right on time. The truck was clean, neat and obviously very well maintained. He did an excellent job and moved the equipment without issue and at a very reasonable price. These guys are great and I highly recommend them for towing as well as moving equipment. Never used a towing service before but these guys were great. Called as soon as they opened and talked to Michael. He was very helpful and even tried to help me with what could be the issue with my motorcycle gear box. I asked for them to send some one as soon as possible as I had to go to work, and they said they could be there at 9 (which is great). They were at my place exactly at 9, and the guy was very nice and helpfull (think his name was Chris). Very quick and easy, and great experience. Would definitely recommend if anyone needs a tow.

Worst tow service Ive ever had. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star. Congrats, you earned a single star. This company is crooked and will rip you off. I went through them because they were recommended by a dealership. I normally pay $70 for a tow. But they decided to charge me more than twice that amount. If youre looking to spend near $200 for a tow, this is the place. If not, Id go somewhere else.

My car just died in the interstate coming home one day. I called Ace towing who were quick to get a truck out to me. Randell the driver was nice and professional. We chatting as he towed my car to the house and he made my horrible day not so bad. I dont often have a need for a towing service but I will be using Ace if I ever have need again.

Ive known the owner Michael for years and have had to have several vehicles towed in that time. Ace Towing is by far the best towing company in the Charlotte area! It does not matter if you have an expensive automobile, a valued motorcycle or a farm tractor, Ace Towing will handle it with great care.

Called them about a tow, said it would be an hour, so i called back 1 hour and 15 minutes later, guy says well he didnt get my number before he got disconnected and there was a problem with the tow truck blah blah, there was no disconnection, you got all my pertinent information and said goodbye.You never asked for my phone #, most people would assume you had caller ID, so i have a hard time believing that, good thing i called back or i would have been sitting there all day.

This was by far the best towing experience I have ever had! These guys are very professional and go above and beyond for their customers. It was about 8pm and I was getting ready to head home from work when my car died in the middle of the parking deck. I called ACE towing and Chris showed up within 10 or 15 minutes. He pushed and steered my car all the way down 4 levels of the parking deck since the tow truck wouldnt fit in the parking deck. He had me sit in the passenger seat and insisted I relax and let him do all of the work. It was in the 40s outside (winter), so I was grateful not to have to be out of the car. As soon as we got to the bottom of the parking deck, Chris helped me get up into the nice, warm tow truck. He loaded the car and we were off to the mechanic shop. My mechanic was closed, so I had to wait for an Uber to pick me up. Chris insisted that I stay in his tow truck to wait for the Uber. When the Uber arrived, he asked me to make sure that it was the correct car that was supposed to show up, for my safety. Chris also helped me get out of the tow truck and into the Uber. He was so professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to not only do the job, but to make sure I was safe and warm. If I have to use a tow service again, I will definitely be using ACE towing. I definitely recommend this company, highly!

The guy that answered the phone is rude and maybe he needs a 101 in customer service. I have used them before and we rated them well. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it isnt the customers fault. He told us well once you get that price out of your head call me back who says that? vs. Simply saying, our prices are fair and youre welcome to shop around? I almost decided togo with them, until he said that. Well I did shop around to have our BMW towed and found a quote for $35 less and only down the street from them, company has the same equipment. Decent company, perhaps bad day for the phone guy.

Although I did not use the services of Ace Towing (my boyfriend ended up changing my tire with the spare), I wanted to shout out about Michael and his professionalism on the telephone. Their tow prices and changing tire prices seem really reasonable, as well!
