Michael went out of his way to help me out this past weekend when I realized I needed to add my son on to our policy in order for him to get his drivers license the following Monday. I emailed on Saturday morning not expecting to hear back in time for his appointment on Monday. Not long after sending the email Michael responded asking how he could help, and said hed make it happen. Sure enough a few hours later a new proof of insurance was in my inbox, and my son was still able to make his appointment Monday morning to get his license. Its so hard to find exceptional customer service these days, but Michael went out of his way after hours to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks again Michael!
