I’ve been using Michael Grant’s State Farm office for several years now and they’ve always provided me with excellent customer service. Just recently I had to add some things to my policy and had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew Armstrong. Andrew was super polite and positive from the time he answered the phone and said hello. He had so much patience with me and was very understanding with what I needed done. He called me several times just to make sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied! Michael Grant and his team are awesome!!!

With clear communication, a willingness to help and an efficiency at which they work, Michael and his team have always treated me well. Additionally, their friendly demeanor always made stopping by their office to do business something to look forward to. I highly recommend.

I’ve been a Stare farm customer for going on 15 years (8 of those with Michael Grant office). Never had an issue that was not resolved.Andrew Armstrong for everything taken care of in a less than 20 min. Makes my day go by soothing I tell ya that much!

I moved here from another state a month ago, so Im in the midst of a lot of changes from moving home, motor vehicle changes, etc. Id gotten several quotes online yesterday and decided on State Farm. Andrew followed up with emails and a phone call and helped me obtain my new auto insurance coverage. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful.

Unethical and unprofessional. michael is never available and always in “meetings”. this woman named rebecca (think her name was) she was super rude and doesn’t deserve to be working at something like this. she tried to charge me for DL form when i never been charged for it LOL. when i got into my car accident Michael claimed i DIDNT have full cover when i did and that i needed to call the person’s insurance and solve it myself, who says that? your insurance is suppose to call on behalf of you. i will be changing agents soon. :) just trash.

I had a seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable visit today! John and Maria were so helpful and took the time to get to know me and my situation. Michael was also very pleasant! They made sure everything was clear and that there was no confusion on my part. I had a great experience and would recommend this office to any and all!

I walked into state farm to inquire about a life insurance policies for my wife & I. John explained the difference between whole life and term and helped me decide what options were best for us. The insurance quote that I was given worked with my budget and I signed everything the same day. I would definitely suggest this office for anyone looking to buy/learn/understand insurance.

When I first moved here from Atlanta I got a mailer from Michael Grant about insurance and helping my credit and explained to me about loans they offered. That was over 20 years ago and he and his firm has helped me with EVERY thing. After calling to add my husband, they gave me a quote of $117. They then sent a letter that stated due to inductions our rate would jump to $151 which was fair and my husband agreed and was find with. I looked at my account a few weeks ago and the amount jumped to $467. I couldnt wrap my head around this number. Customer service couldnt tell me what is was for either. Finally, after a few days of trying to get in contact with this local branch due to their phones not working, I was able to get in touch with someone. This person couldnt answer my questions and told me that if I cancelled it that she didnt know if I would receive any money back. So youre telling me that they dont know what the percentage is that they charge to cancel? They told me they didnt know. I told them all I wanted refunded was what we didnt use per day which seemed fair-came out to $130 something. My husband called and spoke to someone different at this branch and seemed to be a bit more helpful stating we would be refunded what we didnt use per day...great we both thought. I just received my check and it was only $73....we were at least expecting $250-$275 with the cancellation fee. This is absurd! I have never had any problems with State Farm in Rock Hill (I was with them since I was 16), but this branch is awful!!!!!!

Michael Grant Agency have been serving my family for close to 20 years. Michael has always good above and beyond the call of duty to help us. He is a great guy both professionally and personally.

I have been with Michael Grant State Farm for over 4 years. After having to submit an auto claim for a minor fender bender my insurance almost doubled. Now Im being told that when this falls off of my record they will not be able to re-quote me until 6 months later. Meaning they want me to pay double for 6 more months. Ive recently received a letter stating they are dropping my homeowners insurance due to the fact that I needed my roof repaired and they had to pay for it.So I pay month after month for car and home insurance and if I use it for what it is intended, I am then dropped or charged double. The staff has been no help what so ever and loyalty is not in their vocabulary. Needless to say I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
