Update: I had given them a 5 star, but I conditioned my review of good customer service to the agent who was working with them at the time. Once, she left, I got less than good service. This is my opinion and the reason to change agents within the same company.

Customer service was appalling. Started getting aggravated when asking about my refund. I didnt have this problem when cancelling with the previous insurance. I was never able to speak to Javier. Always forward our messages to other people.

They were for 10 months charging me one of my cars in the double policy when I realized I made the claim it took more than a month to tell me that they could only reimburse me a little more than $ 200 when they charged much more than that, so here they lose one She also has two other children who are also going to move to another office.Bad service I would rate them 0 stars. They were charging one of my car policy twice a month for 10 months. Then it took them another month just to tell me they could only refund $ 200 which isn’t even half of what they owe me. My family will no longer be using this service, I am very disappointed in the customer service.
