DISSAPPOINTED. I made the mistake of seeking out and giving minority business owners my business . I own my own business and am a black female. Can be hard for us. Second time I’ve been wronged by a minority State Farm owned branch. State Farm has been my company for 20 years. Only other bad review is by someone who looks like me👀. Daniella did not process my transfer from one state to another. Totally dropped the ball on me. I’m not as important and deserving of good customers like the others who left good reviews. I know the tragic event that happened to me would NOT have happened to my fellow South Park neighbors. Good for Them👍🏽

Working with the staff of this office. Everyone I have spoken with have been extremely helpful. All of the questions from a car policy to life insurance for My family were answered. Literally within minutes, I had quotes emailed to me, and received follow-up calls to discuss any concerns. I had an extremely negative experience with a different insurance company, but I have been very happy with State Farm. Daniela and her team makes it super easy and comforting to be a member of State Farm.

I do not recommend this location at 5811 Fairview Rd. with Daniela Hernandez. Daniela is not as professional as she looks. She messed up two times on my insurance policies. First I tried getting insurance for my house, but she put the wrong address after I made it clear what my address was. She also made a mistake for my business by putting the wrong name despite me clearly stating my business. I ended up paying for no insurance. I felt like I got scam twice and could not tolerate it any longer, therefore I do not recommend this place to anyone.
