This State Farm location is amazing. This was the first location I used when I first moved to Charlotte 2 years ago. They are so friendly and always will to help. No matter what Im trying to do, they make everything a smooth transition and are ALWAYS helpful with questions.

Although I am cancelling with State Farm to be on my husbands insurance, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences when working with the Jack English office over the last two years. They go out of there way to give each experience a personal touch and it is not easy leaving this wonderful group of people! Highly recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area!

I have been a customer of Jack English State Farm for nine years. They have great customer service. They give great feedback and are always eager to resolve any issues that I may have. Jack English truly has my best interest at heart.

Jack English and his staff specifically Jan and Randal are the epitome of the commercial Like a Good Neighbor State Farm Is There. No matter what I need his staff is always there to help me. I have called during their non working hours or emailed them and they always got back to me within 24 hours. Even during their working hours they are always there to assist me with various questions that I have and always share with me any options that I could benefit from. I have been a customer of State Farm for over 10 years at a different location and joined Jack English location 2 years ago. Switching over to Jack English and his team is the BEST decision I could have made. They are the definition of Customer Service and provide true Southern Hospitality. I would recommend them to any and everyone. If you are looking for great service and want to know your are getting great value for you money go to Jack English and his team they will treat you like you are part of the family.

I read reviews before calling and was kind of afraid to do so. I left a message and Jason called back within that day so im not sure about the negative reviews.I called to get quotes but prices were to high but Jason or Justin was very nice and gave me recommendations if I went with another company. giving a 4 cause of rates

This office cant get out of their own way. You make a trip to the office since they cant get it right, and it makes no difference. They do not return calls, dont take direction even when you give it them in writing. For example one of many, they owe me a refund and its now been a month. They actually told me they ran out of checks as an excuse. Then they told me it was in the mail. Then they just quit taking my calls and will not return my messages. Really? You can do better than this but they sure cant. Find a real office not one that pretends.

I called to get a quote on auto, The price was to high but I felt like the agent tried everything he could and I came away with more info.... I would recommend this agency to anybody

This office is ridiculous! Raise my rates even though I’ve never had an accident or any traffic tickets. The worst part is they never let me know before they do it. So I call in and speak to “Kelly” and she responds well there’s a lot more accidents and more expensive cars being bought these days so we have to raise everyone’s rates. B.s. I will search other insurance providers.
