Megan was a pleasure to work with. She was able to lower the premium on my home insurance and auto insurance by $168 a month. She also explained how to advise my mortgage company of the change to State Farm Insurance so it did not create a big headache with my escrow account like the last time I switched.She went through the loopholes in my benefits at work. I had a life insurance policy through my employer but I never realized it only paid the majority of the benefit if the death was accidental. This agency is extremely professional and caring. That is hard to find these days with any business. Love these girls!

Absolutely steer clear of this place. Three months in a row they changed my payments from 142 to 175 to 230 without giving me an explanation as to why. They will try and sell you on a low payment to sell you a policy, once you buy it they will likely change you payment. What kind of company tries to squeeze and payment shock customers especially in the middle of a pandemic. Truly disappointed and highly recommend going somewhere else so it doesn’t happen to you as well

I was paying $240/month with my previous insurance company for the full coverage, and I got a offer from Jessica Ross office for $206/month, So I canceled the previous policies and the apartment policies,u2028u2028 Then after 2 weeks of enrolling with Jessica my account in State Farm show $425/month which means $220 more than the offer I got and agreed on the phone! and the reason because my driving experience wasnt all in US, only the last 3 years, and the interesting thing they got my NC driver license in the beginning and they didnt asked me about the previous one!I would say be careful of these guys they may make a business by enrolling you then “SORRY YOU DIDN’T MATCHED THE REQUIRMENTS AND YOU WILL PAY ANYWAY!” I will pay 18 days which is more than a month cost with other companies,One more thing, there is no way to avoid the payment, it’s not the right way to do business and I didn’t got this experience with the other companies at all, my my decision to switch was all about pricing and it’s end by paying more !!!So I wasted time + ~$250I will not get my money back, but this review may help others to avoid you in the future,I did a mistakes that I didnt asked for email with the offer, be sure to have a email with the offer if you still wanna do it with them.

When I moved here from Minnesota this summer it was a shock! Everything is so different. This office was one of the only ones that actually got back to me at all :(I am thankful it was them! I wish I could give less than one star. The customer service and professionalism of the employees at this office is extremely disappointing. I was given a quote through this office for my car insurance. After being quoted I was asked for pictures of my license not once but twice, I sent a photo of my ID both times. After my quote was finalized I paid my first months payment down and had my second months payment withdrawn from my account. The next month I received a call from the office saying I needed to pay back due money that my policy had my license issued date entered incorrectly and that my policy price would now be $200 more a month so that I needed to pay this current month at the new price and that I owed them plus the difference for the past 2 months?After various back and forth phone calls with the office I actually came into the office to see what the issue was and was told that I had entered my license issue date wrong? At that point I immediately knew that the employees in this office are only interested in covering their tails. As I had actual email proof of the agents asking for photos of my ID which includes my license issue date. They offered no help with waving the back due amount that they said I now owed, and the only comment they had on the situation was yeah no one can afford that policy price. Even after all the trouble this office put me through the owner of the office still never contacted me regarding my policy or even apologizing for her employees error of entering my information incorrectly.Horrible horrible customer service. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself loads of stress.

Jessica, Eva, and the whole team are AWESOME!!! They are very professional and handle all my needs. I added Drive Safe and Save to may plan. I have to say at first I was sceptical about having my speed monitored. Now that I have it, one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am more aware of me speed and how I brake. To be honest I monitor it daily with the app and it feels really good to know I am saving money on my bill. I recommend everyone gets Drive Safe and Save in their car. Its not only for teens but for anyone. If Facebook can monitor my activities for free, why not have it in my car and get a discount while driving.

They went above and beyond my expectations and gave me more than what I ask for and stayed in my price range without having to pay a huge amount for a down payment that was the beginning for about 2 months then the underwriter came in and Jacked it all the way up no one in the office called me to inform me of what happened I find out because I logged into my account I called they said they will look into it and call me back then never call back they never call back you have to keep calling them... After about a month of waiting on the new rate I asked them what they will do or what I can do to get it back to my rate they said theyll call me back no calls I called to cancel and they still didnt call me back or follow up with me they are very unprofessional and really dont care what happens to your account they are a straight joke!

I was also surprised to find out State Farm offers banking services such as auto loans and refinancing (I was approved for a great rate on the spot and refinanced my vehicle loan). Terrible service, insured over two years and despite repeated efforts they failed to provide insurance slips.They claim I rcvd by email while all 9 emails had copies of the bill.They also failed to send the cards by mail ( plastic cards)Wife was rear ended and had to scramble with the office to finally get a copy to give the police officer on the scene.The only positive note is that they bill on time.I believe this office has a few indviduals not to fond of new comers to Charlotte and they have a habit of mispronouncing names.The best part is when you tell them you plan to cancel they refer to it as a threat..! Definitely need some training.

We have been customers of this State Farm office for eighteen years. The service has always been wonderful. Recently we encountered a problem getting approval to replace a windshield with the original factory part. Bricklend Ward helped me gather the information needed to allow this to happen. If the original factory windshield was not installed, our car manufacturer would not guarantee that all the sensors embedded in the windshield would work as they did in the broken windshield.
