This is by far the best experience I have ever had inquiring about insurance. LeAnna was so helpful, she explained everything to me, took her time with me and answered all my questions. So refreshing to actually find a company that actually wants to help people. I am just sorry I didnt contact her earlier!!! I will absolutely be referring anyone I know that has insurance needs to this office. LeAnna is a wonderful agent that really cares about her customers!!!!

In my experience this location is very slow to respond back to clients via the phone. Maybe their customer service skills are better if you have time to stop in during office hours.. overall I have had no problems with State Farm the insurance company, But this location will leave you waiting for simple requests. Maybe they are overworked and short staffed? Who knows.

This office was very unprofessional. Did not respond to clients needs. Made changes and adjustments to my policy without notifying me and charged me 3x my quoted rate after one month. I then cancelled my policy with them based on professionalism and pricing and just feeling lied to.... After I cancelled one month later they charged my account again!!! When asked for a refund got the complete runaround from everyone in that office everyone had a different story then a week later I received a check for$6.00 from $125.00 they stole from me. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone!!

Worked with this company regarding referrals and they go back on their word. Several people were referred to this company but instead of upholding their end of the bargain they reneged once they had the insurance applicant. I am sorry but I cannot trust a business that operates in this manner.
