I have been going through so many problems with this office. I have been trying to cancel my policy because I have better coverage somewhere else and they WILL NOT cancel it. Ive been told that I have to wait 30 days....and I have. No one has been returning my phone calls and then because my parents have a policy we find out that they have been asking them permission...this is ridiculous
