Ive been with this agent for a year now with multiple policies. When I call I always get a real person on the phone and everyone is professional and even if they need to get back to me with an answer they do.I feel like the team values customer service highly. The allstate app is easy to use and I like the safe driver discount I get for using drivewise.I came to them originally as an Uber/Lyft driver so if your looking for Rideshare insurance they are one of the few companies in NC that can offer it.

No problems UNTIL we were switching to another company. Staff provided the wrong fax number for new info to be provided. Documents had to be sent by snail mail. The premium over drafted the account and we were told they are not responsible for any fees incurred. Even with the back and forth the wrong fax number was provided again. All problems could have been avoided if the correct number was provided in the first place or correct the wrong.
