When I left AAA I was paying the same amount for the exact same coverage. I was of the opinion with all of that robust advertising about saving money was a reality. Now I know those savings are spent on advertising and my finances hasnt changed ... just the company name.

They are awesome and very friendly. I would highly recommend them if your looking for insurance. They respond quickly and professionally. I really get like a family vibe from Jesse.

We did have a claim that was turned down due to a tree falling in the yard. We also needed a car jumped off and a new battery which was also rejected since you wanted to tow the car instead of bringing us a new battery and install it. We called regarding roadside assistance and it indicated it was available but not on our policy. Otherwise we are pleased with the policy in general.

The quality of service and professionalism Jesse and his team offer is the best and we couldn’t be happier. Many friends have also switched over after hearing my testimony of how Allstate was able to save my family hundreds of dollars each month all while giving me more and better coverage! I like Allstate but due too the fact I ended up with Covid they told me I couldn’t reinstate my insurance. I had to pay the balance I owe and to find another insurance company said I had a few accounts with them I only know of 2 I believe but other then that they are good and actually give you checks for your good driving. I’ll refer anyone to Allstate they are on your side.

I will definitely continue recommending them with friends and family!

They wrote me a policy that did not provide me any of the coverages I asked for although they assured me I was covered and charged me twice as much as Geico. If youre smart you will get insurance from anyone but Allstate. They are nothing but professional rip off artists.
