I contacted Charlotte Insurance because of a recommendation by the RV Odd Squad. So far the experience has been awesome and Clark has made us feel like he is protecting us as if we were family. But, as we all know, it is ultimately the insurance company itself that protects us, so we shall see what happens when people in the group actually start making claims. I’ve had an existing policy with this policy since 2008, kept paying my premiums for over a decade and CANNOT get an agent on the phone even when my house caught on fire!! Even when I called right at 9am on a Friday, when their offices are “open”Hours past and still no returned phone call.BUT when I fill out a new customer quote on the website, I get an agent on the phone within 10 mins. FUNNY how 13+ years as an existing customer cannot get a call returned but a new customer can within mere minutes.Fast forward to 2/25/21, I left a message and the lady told me that all agents are busy.I can’t talk to the insurance company because they referred me to my “agent” for policy specifics.Only this location and another is open but they aren’t taking “clients”

I know there are a lot of five star ratings being given for various businesses but this company deserves it. I’ve had an opportunity to experience them from a number of different angles including a very large claim to the roof of my house and also needing assistance with a drivers license form at 7:30 in the evening. They are always happy to serve and quick to respond. On top of that they were able to find an insurance carrier for home and auto that saved me about 30% off of my annual premiums.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
