Staff has been super helpful anytime I call! Great customer service.

I called today to check on my rental insurance because I noticed that it was not coming out of my account. Gwen stated it was canceled due to non payment which I realized that it was because I changed banks and failed to update them during a PANDEMIC. Also keep in mind this was almost 2 hours later which she stated let me rewrite the policy and I will call you back. I had to end up calling her back. The other reason I was advised is because I had claim filed when someone broke into my storage at my old complex and stole thousands of dollars of clothes. Since they paid that I could not longer be a state farm customer.I have had State Farm for all insurance needs for years and I have notice they are not my GOOD NEIGHBOR AND DEFINITELY NOT THERE. My mom whos almost 70 and dad who was 70 when he passed last November right before Thanksgiving had storm damage and due to there age and my mom taking care of him did not go on the roof and look periodically which State Farm fail to take care of their Older customers. All while keep in mind they have had State Farm since I think before I was born and I am 38 yes old now. At this point we will sit down as a family and go over our options and change Rental, Home, Life, and Car insurance policies and go with someone who is actually there for us, has compassion, and understands our need. I am so disappointed and heart broken because this is some my dad started with us and he is not long here so now its like erasing a memory of him.I hope this helps thousands when reading reviews and thinking of going with or changing to State Farm DONT DO IT!!!!

We have tried nationwide, but have found States farm rate better. We continue to enjoy professional and courteous service. Mr. Johnson really cares about his clientele his staff is very friendly, attentive and professional throughout. Any questions I have needed answers to he and his knowledgeable staff always answered all my questions with patience and I never felt put off at any time. I highly recommend Howard Johnson Insurance agency. they insure just about everything.
