Very poorly ran office

We visited the Auction,had to pick a vehicle.Very fast, very friendly, very professional!By the time we submitted the paperwork and received it back for release the vehicle was already pulled out, waiting on us!!!

Not sure who had the pleasure of cleaning my wrecked car but I was missing some replaceable yet wanted items from my car that I know for a fact was in there before it got to their yard. I also had some fragile items which were mostly broken once someone placed everything in the trunk. Just know that if your car goes here, dont expect to find everything once you go to get your stuff.

Rudest Bit-ches on earth work at the Charlotte branch. They obviously need pe nis and aren’t gettin it. One new girl is obviously getting some though.
