NOT MUCH MORE THAN A UBER DRIVER WITH RUDE ATTITUDES!!!These drivers seem to think that they can say what they want do what they want. No sir I book your car service you’re not gonna sit in front of a building until I pay you before you perform the service, cutting into my time and being rude to me. Because of your rude attitude I would not take a single penny.In addition this driver stole my key fob which I left in his vehicle and my apartment key which I informed him that I left in the vehicle 5 seconds after departure. You can’t act like Uber if your a black car service.

My husband and I were recently stranded in Charlotte by a delayed American Airlines flight delay. They put us up in a very questionable hotel across the street from a strip club. Dismayed, I refused to stay there. After multiple phone calls, I found a hotel room downtown. At their recommendation, we called Cartier transportation. Goudette (spelling? sorry) answered, understood my issue and quickly dispatched a car to rescue me within 15 minutes. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and in good repair. Our driver was kind, understanding, professional, friendly and a safe driver. He picked us up very early the following morning-- which was Sunday, and we arrived safe, rested and grateful, to the airport in plenty of time to catch our new flight. We highly recommend this excellent company.

My family and I had used Cartier Transportation many times and they are outstanding! The professionalism of the team is the thing that always amazes us. Their fleet is always in great condition and the drivers are first class! Not only do they provide transportation, they also make each and every trip an experience that we cannot seem to forget. If I had the choice, I would rank this higher than 5/5.I hope to work with you again, Cartier!

I have used Cartier Classic for the past 5 months for my weekly traveling back and forth to the airport. They are constantly on time, the cars are clean and personable. I definitely believe in receiving quality service since I am in the client-service industry and they met that standard. Highly recommend using them in for your needs.

I used this service tonight the ride was quick & comfortable no question. The problem was I discussed the price for my group with the driver before leaving the hotel. We were only 0.5 miles from our desired location it was $45. I asked if he could come back to get us and if this amount would cover round trip and he agreed. However when we returned he asked one of my group who was paying after I had already entered the building. I went back to inquire and he claimed that was not the agreement. He then accused me of being dishonest REALLY. I stayed at the Sheraton which reflects on them as well.

Ive had three interactions with them and if they had not been each so horrible I would not of written this review. One was New Years Eve, my girlfriend had spoken with a driver who would give her a ride home. He said the ride would be free, as soon as I walked up he said that I was not allowed to ride and then the price went from free to 35$. Along the ride, he said a comment about how women make dumb choices and how could she ever date a white guy (we are different ethnicities) at which point we were almost home and I had to calm her down, since he did get us home safe on NYE. The second and third time were both with separate drivers. After leaving a property to exit, their driver cut me off, aggressively passing me in a loading zone only to stop in a fire lane ten feet in front of me. As I had just dropped off my passenger I couldnt just sit in the loading zone and could not leave with him there. When I honked the horn, he threw open his door and while gesturing wildly he also acted very aggressively, when I said I just needed to get through the driver I guess realized how much space he was taking up before casually moving out of the way without so much as an apology. Maybe it was the other two cars behind me, or maybe he realized that you cant load in a fire lane. Regardless Ive only seen that type of road rage without just cause in YouTube videos. Finally, I have heard from multiple women who have had to endure sexual remarks and catcalling while going about their business. To sum it all up, if you want to be over charged by a sexist & racist driver in a luxury car thats clean but still has a slight hint of cigarette smoke then call up Cartier! But uber will be cheaper, with better customer service. Take my advice or you might be writing a negative comment about Cartier in the near future.

Our school group rode with Guled Jama during our HOSA conference and he was wonderful. The SUV was roomy and comfortable, my students had the smoothest ride they could have. We truly enjoyed the experience. Our driver was absolutely awesome. We also stayed at the Sheraton, Im sorry others didnt have our experience.

While waiting for a client the driver of this vehicle parked in a no parking zone, an area with a clear sign that says Do Not Enter and truly couldnt have cared less. He willingly blocked an exit causing any vehicle trying to leave, including mine, to wait on him to back his car out of the way. So insensitive and a text book case of just not caring for the common courtesy of those abiding by the rules.I cannot help but suggest they be avoided as a service.Lack of professionalism. Lack of interest in anyone other than himself. Supremely disappointing due to this man and by default his company.

On the eve of my 1-year Anniversary of working with Cartier Classic Transportation, it is only fitting to share my experience this past year. My company, FEAST Food Tours & Culinary Events, has hired them for all of our needs and most of it is highly customized. Guled and his team always find a way to think outside the box with me and assist in my very detailed requests to transport guests. Communications are always very prompt. I have trusted them with every one of my bi-weekly Saturday tours as well as additional private corporate group outings. We have used just about everything in their fleet from the shuttle vans, town cars, SUVs, 25-passenger mini-bus, etc. The drivers are ALWAYS on time, reliable, and courteous to our guests. The cars/vans have all been very well cared for, clean, modern, comfortable, and in good working order. In the hospitality & event planning industries, you are only as good as your network of vendors...and after my past years experience...Cartier Classic Transportation has definitely gained my trust and I appreciate everything they do to make my company look great and my guests happy!

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I was asking for rates on a Limo and Party Bus and she didnt even check to make sure the Limo or Party Bus I needed would be rented or available. She just told me that they would be all out on the day I needed and hung up.

Three hour minimum charge?? Didnt even want any business. FYI website is wrong. I shouldnt have to call to find out what cars you have.
